This was an authentic italian restaurant with Italian speakers. I am going there for a decade, but my last time wasn?t very pleasant. When I entered the lady didn?t even replied to my hello and I said it twice. Then a gentleman came and checked my booking. Atmosphere is not like before and the pizza was disappointing. Sad to see this happening.

Great pizza! Went here before event at Gunnersbury park walking distance away. Lovely staff. Total bill came to under £28 for two pizzas and service charge.

I have ordered a Pizza via Uber App. Wrong Pizza was delivered. Delivery man promised to bring the right order. After waiting 1 hour I called the restaurant but no one was ready to help me! Order was already paid via Uber but I didn?t get any Pizza.

I visited your store at 9:45 PM after checking the hours on Google, which stated that you close at 10:30 PM. However, when I arrived, the staff informed me that closing time was actually 10 PM. The discrepancy in store hours caused some confusion, and unfortunately, the staff member who spoke to us was quite rude and visibly upset.
Additionally, it would be helpful if the Google listing mentioned that the store only accepts cash, as that?s important information for customers to know ahead of time.
That said, I do appreciate that we were still seated, and as always, the food was excellent. I just hope the customer service and listed information can be improved to better reflect the great quality of your food.

Ordered a pizza at 7pm, delivered qt 9.30pm.
Went straight into the bin as cold, rigid like frozen.
Very poor quality food.

Simply put, one of the best pizzas in London and beyond. A true, authentic neapolitan pizza with best ingredients. Warm family run atmosphere, reasonable prices, it's a secret gem. We come here at least a few times a month.

I had a l?oro di Napoli pizza (a veggie flavour on their menu that has the same name as the restaurant itself) and it was absolutely delicious! What a treat! I?m really happy that after the stress of moving home the first restaurant I?ve tried in the neighbourhood is so excellent. I?ll definitely be back often, thanks a lot!
