Awful customer service at "Help/Advice" counter. Male staff member wearing scruffy untidy short sleeved T shirt, with no name badge. Unprofessional manner of speaking. His colleagues (none serving at counter for 25 mins) were at least dressed smartly, although none had a welcoming manner. I waited 30 mins before being served. Hopefully I never need to revisit this branch.

I have been banking with Lloyds for 43 years. It was an excellent bank but has deteriorated badly in the past 10-15 years.I live and work far from my branch in Ealing and when l need to visit the branch, l book an appointment via the Call Centre. Later, l call twice thereafter to be absolutely sure that my appointment is confirmed, to avoid wasting time.On all the occasions do far, the right hand doesn?t know what the left hand is doing. When l turn up, no record of my appointments or telephone calls. Staff seem stressed and clueless.When l ask the simple question as to why the branch does not have a direct line as l could confirm again before setting out and parking, l am told they are too busy. So its ok to waste the customer?s time?I have now finally given up. Sad to say that l will be moving my account at the next earliest opportunity.

Very poor. Not very knowledgeable staff. Lloyds has gone down badly. Used to be so great bank. Today they are totally clueless at Ealing branch. What is worse the online one is as bad. They ask to visit the Ealing branch where there are long queues, waiting for an appointment is around one week ....and then you end up walking out of the appointment because the person opened wrong type of the account for you. Stressful, inefficient, incompetent. Scary that people who are so inept are looking after your money.

Everyone doesn't smile and if you ask something, it's as if you feel like an uninvited guest in this bank and the employees make you feel guilty that the customer is asking for something.the deposit machine lost my £80 and no one could do anything about it and help me.Everyone in this bank works like a penal job

For the second time, I discovered that this bank does not deserve the word (bank).It is unreasonable for me to waste my time on such a trivial matterWaiting for two hours due to the lack of active staff and not enough staff to serve peopleWhy take people's money if you can't provide services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unhelpful costumer service manager , asked him to explain some terminology regarding an application for a card, he was very dismissive, rolling his eyes and with short replies , left still without understanding the words
