This KFC is basically the same with everywhere KFC, would say the chicken has definitely improved but the chips are really poor.

We experienced very disappointing service on 30 June at around 8:20 PM. A member of our family who is disabled urgently needed to use the accessible toilet. We were told that someone would bring the key in 10 minutes. After waiting another 5 minutes with no response, a random customer asked again ? and only then was the toilet opened immediately. It?s unacceptable that someone with a disability had to wait so long for such a basic need, especially when the issue could clearly have been resolved sooner.

The service is not good. Secondly, we ordered an order for 4 people and paid 35. The food is not enough for one person. The chicken pieces are not enough for one person.

Thursday 12 June 2025 at 15.45 h. I ordered a rice box and chicken fillet with a drink and a side.
I requested a knife or a second fork to cut the chicken fillet. The manager who attended me with the food refused to provide a second utensil for me be able to cut the chicken fillet.
I specified that the meat needed to be cut in bits in order to eat them and with one wooden fork only that was not possible.
As she did not offer any solution, I told her to take the food away and left.
This has been a RECURRENT issue with this specific woman, as when I have been attended by other members of the staff they kindly offered me a second fork (I move recently to the local area and visit them 2/3 times during the weekdays).
Despite the place is convenient for me, I will never visit them.
Very unpleasant experience.

Always really good good chicken cooked so nice I?ve noticed on multiple occasions however that the restaurant has a weird odour to the point that it?s off putting smells like the toilets are overflowing

The servers do not speak English, nor do they seem to undertand the most basic English. In future l will be going across the Road to Popeyes. I was in KFC wit h my mentally handicappwd brother
I needed to be in and out
The woman on the till, will awful. Kept telling me to use the machine to place my order. My brother was getting irratated , the manager, although in sight, stayed away. Other customers told me they werw disguisted, at kfc's behaviour ,the cutomers asked "What the matter, with them ? "
I couldnt take anymore, as l was wirh my severly
mentally handicapped brothe. The store was even busy, that ecuse is out the wundow.
As they say,"Nevee again".
