I got sushi and gyozas which was very good, I paid $12 which I though was a little high for what I got, none the less, it very tasty.

Shoutout to the team working in this Itsu, Anya in particular!! We had dinner there, and they have been super kind with the kids. Also, I accidentally forgot something very important there, and they kept it until I came back later in the evening. They literally saved us! The place is quiet and clean, and for the price Itsu is really good. Definitely recommended!

Itsu in Ealing Broadway is a solid choice for healthy, Asian-inspired fast food. The ingredients are fresh, and the meals feel light yet satisfying. However, there?s a recurring issue that?s been noticeable since COVID ? the way food is served.
Before the pandemic, meals were presented on plates, making the dining experience feel more like a proper restaurant. Now, everything comes in paper cups. While this is understandable from an eco-friendly and efficiency standpoint, it?s also misleading. The in-store menu still shows plated meals, which gives customers a different expectation of what they?re ordering.
Another issue is the lack of clarity about extra sides. There?s nothing on the menu indicating that additional sides will be mixed into the meal rather than served separately. This was an unexpected and disappointing surprise when the food arrived.
Overall, the food quality remains high, but Itsu could improve transparency by updating their menu to reflect how dishes are actually served.
