Sherry and Marilu were very professional and helpful to my family and I as we were setting up some logistics with HSBC earlier this week. They moved quickly, were composed, and knew what they were doing. It took some time but that?s how most things progress these days anyways. They were patient with our family and helped get everything squared away. I would recommend going to the office right away in the morning when they open at 9:30 to get helped sooner and not have to queue.

Usually, this branch is busy and we need to be lucky to get proper time from staff. However everyone from the staff are extremely helpful and they do their best to resolve our issues. Today, I was lucky to get assisted by Barbara Manu who not only helped with upgrading my account but also later gave her consultation on how can I use various features, which was so kind of her.

I visited the Ealing Broadway branch along with my mother, and we were lucky enough to have met Seema. She assisted greatly with the process of opening my account. The process for opening my account was hardly straight forward, and yet she was patient in explaining the process, answering all our questions and advising us on the accounts that best suited our needs. On the day we came in SEEMA educated up about the bank processing and today I came to set my mobile phone, she is just to good, friendly, flexible and always willing to listen and help. I am so happy with her service and I am not leaving HSBC soon.

Highly recommended Barbara! She is so knowledgeable, understands what client needs/worries and sorted it out so quickly and smoothly.I went in to make an international transfer, and was worried but she put me at ease and helped me till the end.
