Absolutly rubbish.Tried to open a saver account for my children online, the application said that will need to go to the branch and confirm my identity. Go to the branch this morning, and what an suprise all the tablets to scan the documents are out of service. How is possible all your equipament be out of service on a Monday morning at 9:20. Just puts people off of banking with you guys. Waste of time

Sunil Patel the manager and Jiana scammed me for £400.Last week my wife and I went to Halifax Ealing Broadway branch with £10,000 to put the money in my account, for my mortgage deposit.As we were waiting in the queue for cashier, then Sunil Patel and Jiana took the money from us in to a private room to count. After few minutes they came and told us that it is £9,600. I swear to god my wife and I counted the money several times it was £10,000.Be careful when go to the bank with cash especially with Sunil Patel and Jiana, these two are the evil

Lovely branch! Will definitely come back. Greenford Branch has to learn from you all. Very polite and friendly service. Just got out of the bank super happy with the service. Thank you Ms. Disha store manager for helping with my backlog documents request.

Terrible, terrible service. Saturday morning, and there's only one person behind the desk. Queue was to the door. Sign says to 'show respect' to the staff, but Halifax should respect their customers (they CAN go elsewhere) and staff accordingly.

One cashier with 4 people queuing to see her and 6 people waiting at â??help and adviceâ?? and no one here. Poor customer care. Donâ??t bother with this branch.

I have changed to their service because the online banking is working better than with my previous bank. But I hate to go in personally because there is a man who is talking to the customer in an un expectable way. Like everyone else is stupid but him.
I think itâ??s very sad and I have never experienced it anywhere else.
