Workers at the store are really rude- I purchased an item at this store and asked for a paper receipt as I was worried I might lose my e-receipt via email. The man at the till was incredibly hostile towards me and shouted ?WHAT DO YOU NEED A PAPER RECEIPT FOR?. I understand that Halfords is trying to save paper but I have every right to ask for a paper receipt as I know there?s an option to have it printed. Another incident occurred when the worker Kourtney was also rude to me he messed up my payment and when informed him of the issue he acted like it was my fault.DO NOT come to this store if you want good customer service

Went today to pick up a click and collect item. Waited in queue with another 2 customers for over 10 mins while the cashier had a random chat with the customer he was serving. Eventually he summoned another assistant who clearly wasn't interested in providing customer service.The new assistant told me that the part I ordered was incomplete and and wrote down the other two parts numbers for me. It was basically quadruple what my budget was so I asked that he cancel my original order. Annoyed he cancelled the click and collect order and tore up the page with the part numbers on it.I returned to the store shortly after to ask a follow up question but the assistant basically ignored me and continued his conversation with a colleague in one of the isles.Halford Alperton are certainly not a customer-centric store - avoid returning to this store unless you have not alternative. It seems like an accepted culture at this store.

Daughters scooter was taken in for brake repairs. Staff "Farhan" was an absolute star taking the time, effort and patience checking and fixing all aspects of the scooter making sure was safe for use. Thank you very much Farhan !!!

Very bed visit.i am not happy I got free tyre check service voucher.one of staff he help to me checked all of tyres and he puts more air pressure.then he checked Engine oil he say to me its ok.then he told me to change Wipers front and rear I said ok change it.How much it?s cost he say under £10 but they?re charged fitting costs.this is unacceptable.Even I have £5 voucher. cushier scans it but it is not gone through.two staff they?re are making my Bills £28.99 only 2 items.i told cashier it is Expensive you have to tell me first.and you charge me fittings cost now. anyway I paid and walk away out side.then i check the bill its £5 voucher not showing the receipt.again want inside the store he told me use it next time voucher.this is very bad service and badly experience.I hope so you?re understanding my filings

A member of staff helped me with choosing a child seat for my car. He spent a lot of time with me and his advice was excellent. He even came out to the car an fitted it for me and explained every aspect of the seat . He was so helpful and I felt very sure that the product he recommended was the right one for my needs. I will certainly use this branch of Halfords again and will also recommend it to my friends. Thank you for making my purchase so easy.

Very poor service and the website has poor information about the product which I missed out on the purchase of the battery power pack that if I was informed at the time of purchase of solar panel, I would he purchased at the time.I explained thus to the Alperton halfords branch where I pick up the solar panel and they treated.me as if they wanted to move me on for the next customer.Not the way to do business frankly.So no stars given.Phil.

I purchased an item 1/1/24. I was told it would be ready on 7/1/24 and I would receive a phone call to say it was ready. That never happened. I called customer service to find out some information on 7/1/24 but received no information whatsoever. I called again on 11/1/24 once again no help whatsoever. I then went into the shop on 12/1/24 only to be told that there will be no one in the shop until Saturday 13/1/24 that can help me with my item in that department. I had to leave my phone number again and ask for a callback on 13/1/24 which I did get at 8:30 in the morning to tell me my item will be ready after 10:00 for pickup. So now I have to waste more petrol to go and pick up my item. Not happy at all with the service. I was also told that the customer service line does not call the shop to help with your enquiry. So don?t waste your time calling just go in with your receipt S that is the only way you can get any information. Now I find it funny that they can do nothing or give you any information but they take your information name, phone number etc but cannot tell you a thing. What is the point of giving your information if they don?t want to give an update. All the information is put into the computer system. The customer service on the phone and in the shop is horrendous. Halfords as a company needs to do better. It is one of the worst customer service I have seen and it needs to be rectified immediately. I would give it zero stars if I could but it won?t allow me to do that.
