Today, I had the pleasure of treating myself to a Greggs breakfast, I did cut the time quite close but luckily enough I made it in time and I was served by the legend herself Lorraine. She was so lovely and kind and just made my stressful day a lot better. She deserves the upmost recognition. Everyone needs a Lorraine in their life.
Also, I have no idea what it is about this Greggs but they always have everything available. It's the only Greggs where I know I will be able to get what I want. The only thing I have to say is that the interior is giving 2010 which tbh I love but some may feel dated. Nevertheless it's small but it absolutely does the job perfectly.
I'd happily call this the best Greggs in the whole country.

I?m extremely concerned about the lack of response from your Woolwich staff today. A homeless man was violently attacked outside your store, and his head was smashed against your window so hard it smashed the glass. When I asked for help to stop the bleeding, all I was given were napkins?no gloves, no first aid kit, no meaningful assistance.
Do your stores not have first aid kits or trained staff to respond to emergencies? The response was deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about your health and safety protocols. I urge you to review this incident and take appropriate action

Once again very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service in this shop, watched four other customers be served, all left the place happy after very friendly and helpful service.The only question is why the other Greggs are all so terrible, unfriendly and frequently messy??Credit where due, West Ealing team are fantastic, hope they get promoted and fix some of the other shops.

Im FUMIN. Bloody fumin. Greggs is supposed to open at 6 am as displayed on google. Because greggs is so popular and I go in there often I would expect better customer service. When I arrived at Greggs at approximately 7:45 I was denied entry. DENIED ENTRY 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES AFTER OPENING. Wimbledon greggs lost a loyal customer today and it could have been easily avoided with better customer service and being open on time. The worker, mouthed ten minutes. I didn't have ten minutes. All I wanted was a steak bake. Due to this behaviour I shall not be returning to this Greggs. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied as I expected better. I shall no longer be recommending this Greggs to my fellow co- workers. Ten other people and I were waiting outside of these establishment all of them left due to this poor behaviour. Please Greggs, do better. If I could put 0 stars, believe me, I would.

We already know Greggs food is amazing, but this particular one had amazing service from Loraine! What a great personality so cheery and outstanding customer service. We need more Loraines in this world thanks for this.
