I would like to know how you can as a business charge amost £12 a burger when the ingredients combined per burger cost less than 50p each i ordered 2 burgers 1 large fries and 2 milkshakes £41 for the order. the burgers are mediocre at best the fries have an awful after taste due to the peanut oil they are cooked in i went to give my fries to my dogs and they turned their noses up to them that showes there is something wrong there.. I have had better milkshakes from mcdonalds. the cost of producing the entire order would have been possibly £2 why is it you are making over 400% profit per order. for the price i payed I would have expected something better like a larger burger for the price. fries without an after taste maybe cooked in sunflower or vegatable oil. there are small family operated places up and down the uk that offer better quality and value than you at a quarter of the price. I will never walk into another one of your locations ever again and will encorage people to not go in there also.

I went to ealing broadway with my friends and we were so hungry so we decided to go Five Guys and it was very good experience we had we enjoyed a lot with grill chees and fries and The mink shakes was so delicious ? and the guy who's name umm..? yes Mr.prith he was very good guy.. I will go again soon to visit five guys again

Been here a few times, ordered the exact same thing a little bacon cheeseburger all the way with fries. The taste is never consistent and the fries are just horrible. They are soggy and got some very thick ones.
Service is quick and friendly and the place is clean but the atmosphere is dead. For £20+ a meal it?s not worth it.

Usually delicious burgers & fries. This time I ordered through Uber eats & priority delivery. Burger arrived delish BUT fries were not as normal. Arrived, tasteless, cold. As something changed with the oil or something? They?ve gone in the bin!!! ///thanks for the reply although, I already reached out to UBER EAT, for taste issue they don?t care & say to contact you. So I threw away my fries for nothing?

After having ordered a few meals and receiving our food, we were highly disappointed with the presentation and state of the food we were given. After complaining and returning the food to the counter I could see what seemed to be one of their major issues, cleanliness. The staff member reiterated that their grill and prep areas were clean and hygienic.. I?ll let the photos talk for themselves.
