They need a change of staff promptly because they always inconvenience you especially if you're a driver you could be waiting 10-15 mins just to pay if you don't ask yourself for extra help they won't use their discretion even that comes across as a problem it's like you're telling them how to do their job it's ridiculous walking into a petrol station to wait for somebody to finish a trolley full of shopping sort it out Tesco/Esso something needs to happen asap.

Very nice petrol station staff is always very good.

Incompetent and rude staff. Unfamiliar with their own company?s rules. Very lazy and found hanging around refusing to help customers. Manager?s assistant Sadip is very unprofessional and very bad at communication not sure how is he supposed to be helping customers out. Fridges always open. Checkout queues are always so long because they are unable to divide tasks efficiently and I have always seen customers complaining asking for another register to open before they actually do it as if they are waiting for customers to lose patience. By far the worst Tesco Express I have been to.
