I had a rather unpleasant experience at this pharmacy. I needed to pick up my prescription this morning and I was met with hostility from the get-go. The customer assistant was very rude, answering sharply in short sentences and had no desire to assist. The manager was nice and tried to address this behaviour, but it still left a very sour note.I will be moving my prescription to a different pharmacy where I can be treated with respect and courtesy. It's unfortunate that this pharmacy failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service

Terrible customer service. Went in there a couple days ago and wanted to ask a question, and was asked to wait as the cashier was busy. I don't mind waiting but she left me so long that it felt quite insulting as I was standing in front of her. I just said forget it and walked out. She didn't care, so just shows their complete lack of respect for customers.

I visited this pharmacy earlier today with high hopes of getting my COVID-19 vaccination due to my existing health risks. I had received an invitation from the NHS to book a vaccination online, so I assumed everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, my experience left me deeply disappointed.Upon arriving, I was greeted by a young woman behind the counter who promptly informed me that I would need to pay for my COVID-19 vaccine. She explained that only individuals over the age of 65 and NHS staff were eligible for the vaccine without charge. I was taken aback by this and produced the message from the NHS inviting me to book a vaccination, hoping it would clear up the confusion. A different woman joined the conversation and, after scrutinizing my invitation, assured me that I wouldn't be charged because I had booked through the NHS website.I was then asked to take a seat and wait, while the staff continued to chat quite loudly in the background. They discussed their perplexity over my eligibility, primarily based on my appearance and age. I felt as if I was being judged and questioned about why I, a seemingly "young" person, should be entitled to the COVID vaccine. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.Finally, I was led to a small room where another woman, who seemed more pleasant and understanding, took charge of the vaccination process. However, the older woman who had questioned my eligibility at the counter returned and once again asked me why I was there to receive the vaccination, even though I had previously explained my situation and provided the NHS invitation.What disappoints me the most about this whole experience is the lack of professionalism, empathy, and knowledge displayed by the pharmacy staff. Their intimidation and judgmental attitude left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. After my visit, I decided to consult the NHS website, which clearly states that individuals with increased health risks are eligible for the vaccine, regardless of their age.To add to my disappointment, no one from the pharmacy staff offered any apologies for the confusion and intimidation I experienced. This entire encounter has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will certainly avoid using this pharmacy in the future. It's vital that healthcare professionals treat patients with respect, understanding, and a commitment to their well-being, especially during these challenging times.

Wrong advice given (about morning after pill)after 20 minutes of consultation/filling out forms and taking all the patient details . Went to qualified doctor and they were surprised that pharmacist can demonstrate such a lack of knowledge and give wrong advice to the patient.

I have used this pharmacy for the first time for a private prescription. I have taken up so much of their time with queries about the prescription which has been written up with the wrong dose. They have been so helpful and the pharmacist has been so patient about it all. It is not quite near enough for me to have as my local pharmacy but if it was I would be changing to them now.

There was a 20% difference between the price shown in the shelf, and the price I was charged. When I told the lady at the shop I had been overcharged, she didn't offer to reimburse the difference.

I tried to get my medicine and the lady was very rude unhelpful worst pharmacy ever I recommend going to Ealing Broadway and having a look at the pharmacies there .For a village chemist they are the worst service ever do not go !
