This was supposed to be a their Caramel Whipped Latte. I?ve had whipped lattes from other Costa branches before, during the summer and they were amazing but this was awful. It?s not whipped at all. It was just a watery, milky drink with ice cubes thrown in. So disappointing. I had to throw it in the bin.

The two ladies serving were horrible and very unfriendly, they got my order wrong and blamed me when I clearly said coconut milk not oat as I have an allergy, didn?t even receive a sorry. Management please review your staff one was a blonde European lady and the other a brunette.

Everything every time is perfect nothing wrong, the girls are kind, funy and smiling always. Good place good service I would say Costa coffee in Ealing Common the best coffee shop in West London.

Lovely Costa. I come here with my baby all the time. The staff are amazing with the baby. We had a few accidents with the baby (knocking drinks down) and the staff were very kind.I even knocked my coffee trying to help the baby and they came over, with a smile, cleaned up and made me a new coffee.Staff like this make a coffee shop great. Thank you nice people

I am a regular customer at this specific coffee shop:I asked for my coffee for drink in but it was given to me to go.When I asked the barista to change she was so rude and threw it in the bin and then slammed the milk container on the table.This was 2:30 pm on Sunday 7th.Please advise your staff to be more polite and customer oriented.I even said thank you and she didn?t respond
