Very rude and stubborn staff members. The staff members in this store requires training it seems, especially when packing the delivery orders. They put everything in one paper bag even stack of 12*500 ml water bottles. They think as if they are providing heavy-duty bags to the customers.

The customer service in this store is none other than a shambles. I?ve been popping in & out the store all week picking up bits for my poorly girlfriend, & I?ve noticed the SAME lady with glasses who?s behind the till noticeably being rude to customers all week. Today it was my turn, & she happened to get a reaction out of me as I was already having a horrible morning - she interferes in my shop as I?m in the middle of doing TWO transactions on separate cards & rudely tells to scan the bag, when the bag wasn?t scanning & I was in process of doing another transaction on the till. The way she spoke to me was utterly horrendous & it was about time someone bit back because customer service in this shop is absolutely disgusting

I am new to the area and went to coop on the South Ealing Road, my first visit, I was just walking around looking for things and Lady who looks like a Manager she asked if I am looking for something, and I said I am new to the store so looking around to find things, she replied if I need help, asked her for few things and she was helping me and taking me to the product, she was showing me the special and offer and Member deal, she took me to tills after my shopping and got me temporary membership card, I was amazed that how good service I got from Coop, she also explained about online deliveries and other platforms, at the end got to know she was the store manager, what a nice person
Great service by her on busy day, and there was only her on the shopfloor

I now only order online from here as the last time I visited there was a fight between 5 staff and a shoplifter. It ended up with an elderly man who was shopping having to intervene. The customer service is horrendous (I train workers customer service in shops). How the manager and staff have kept their jobs is beyond belief!!!. Whilst looking for an item in the fridge a member of staff told me to move out of the way because he wanted to fill up a shelf.
PLEASE CO-OP CLOSE THIS STORE AND RELAUNCH!!!!!. HIRE A TRAINER TO TEACH CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNIQUES. PUT QR CODES BY YOUR TILLS WITH FEEDBACK FORMS DIRECT TO YOUR HEAD OFFICE SO YOU KNOW WHATS GOING ON!!!!!!!. Hire staff centrally so you can control the quality of all employees, otherwise you will loose more of your local customer base. This should be a gem in the local area not a stain.

It's a little small and there are not many products, but I like it very much, because it's very close to where I live, which is very convenient!

After 43 years of shopping here I am absolutely DISGUSTED with how I was treated this evening. After paying for my goods at the self check out I went to get a bag from the cash desk area which I fully intended to pay for. There is an older lady ( Asian with glasses) that constantly watches people like hawks and on this occasion started shouting ' bag , ten pence , ten pence'. I asked her why she would do this and that it was my belief that she was making an assumption that I was going to 'steal' the bag. I told her that she needed to be very careful about what she was saying . She became flustered and didn't know what to do with herself. I asked her for her identification and that i wanted to see her supervisor. She printed out a receipt and slammed it down on the counter shouting ( again)that her details are on it . She also called her supervisor out. I asked to speak to him away from the counter in an attempt to not escalate the situation further still. He duely came to a separate aisle and it was apparent that he was being flanked by another colleague which didn't go down too well with myself and further infuriated me. I explained my case to him and he tried to reason that the cashier was probably reminding me that bags were not free. I said that obviously bags were not free and this is common knowledge. He then went off to speak with this woman and told me that he was going to 'check the cameras ' in the back!! After about ten minutes of waiting I asked the colleague that flanked him previously where he was and why he was taking so long as all I wanted was the head office address and was ignored by this guy initially. He then went to check on him when I insisted that I had spent enough time in the store. He went in the back and came back out telling me he'd be two minutes. After another ten minutes he still didn't return and again I asked the colleague where he was and that I suspected he was just hiding in the back and not willing to deal with the situation. He came back out and said that the supervisor was 'listening to the audio'. With this I told him that i would return later in the evening but instead my wife rang to complain. When she did , the communication was ineffective to say the least and this supervisor refused to give any of the names of staff involved!!! He then hung up the phone!!! SHOCKING, SHOCKING, SHOCKING way to treat customers , especially after all the years shopping within this sorry excuse of a supermarket. Someone needs to teach these people about how to conduct themselves and give them some lessons on customer service as the way I was treated was absolutely DISGRACEFUL!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the staff, who demonstrated both disrespect and unprofessionalism. After asking the cashier to serve the customer behind me while I set up Apple Pay, a staff member named Ramany rudely shouted that she didn?t have time. When I raised the issue with the supervisor, Marv, they proceeded to discuss the situation with the cashier in their own language, which I found highly inappropriate. Both the cashier and the supervisor would benefit from professional conduct training and a refresher on customer service. The Cooperative should reassess the quality of their staff and ensure that employees communicate in English, especially when handling customer complaints. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism. The Co-op need to do better
