I received really quick and lovely service from the two lady?s who were working them, they offered a lot of help I think one of the lady?s was called Anisa and the other one I didn?t get.

Annisa ( one of the staff) was very rude and disrespectful I accidentally dropped a card and she said i had no comment sense but it was a total accident, so rude and then she proceeded to complain about me to her employees in front me in a very rude mannor when i was paying. Her make up was awful and i hope to never see her again she made the experience horrendous

I am a regular customer of this Card Factory branch.
Yesterday, I had another visit to this beautiful shop. Andy was so helpful and nice ?, and Annisa was so kind and respectful as well ?. It was one of the best services I have ever received.

Absolutely the worst service from the staff and manager at Card Factory, Fareham. I ordered Valentine?s balloons for a surprise party. I paid for them well in advance and they promised to deliver on the day. They did not. I went to the branch and the staff were rude and said I?d already collected the balloons which was a total lie. I find the manager and all he said was he?ll give my money back. Yeah but you ruined my party!! The staff and manager are useless. I won?t be going back to them that?s for sure.

Usually I receive good service , but this has happened on two occasions now that a member of staff was giving dirty looks while I was waiting for the balloon also not to add another ladies balloons were done before mine even though I?ve paid first . Also was looking through cards when a member of staff told me I can?t take them out of the place to look , which I?ve never heard of before . I understand if I was taking the card out of a plastic cover but I wasn?t . Very rude and aggressive staff members

I'm so upset to buy a card factory ealingbroadway shopping centre, staff manager Annessa she was very arrogant explain to me her staff done mistake and she blame me,I ask my what I buy purchase give me receipt she refused to give me receipt correct amount however I couldn't communicate with her because she was horrible makeup wear with full jewellery communicate with me very ugly communicate I was so scared because I've my own respect so I run away without receipt I advise to public aware this shop manager and unprofessional staff.
