I received really quick and lovely service from the two lady’s who were working them, they offered a lot of help I think one of the lady’s was called Anisa and the other one I didn’t get.

Annisa ( one of the staff) was very rude and disrespectful I accidentally dropped a card and she said i had no comment sense but it was a total accident, so rude and then she proceeded to complain about me to her employees in front me in a very rude mannor when i was paying. I am a regular customer of this Card Factory branch. Yesterday, I had another visit to this beautiful shop. Andy was so helpful and nice ?, and Annisa was so kind and respectful as well ?. It was one of the best services I have ever received.
