Really nice cafe and wonderful Aircon for these hot days. Nice view of the high street from upstairs. Not sure what there was in the way of food but the usual cafe things. Nice chai latte.

Second time coming in and served by same barista first time I had a job interview and my mum stayed there with my daughter and she interacted with her this time I came in wanting coffee but I don?t like the taste and I think she made me my new fix she?s so bubbly and a delight to have on the team smiles with every customer and works so fast and efficiently but still makes the experience feel amazing

It's the atmosphere and friendly staff that makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a lovely cup of tea, I'm plant based so my options on food are very limited, but overall it's a place that I regularly visit.

Very dirty floor and tables. During weekend especially at mornings homeless people are sleeping in there at the first floor hence the floor and some chairs smells urine.

Lovely and efficient barista, particularly one lady who always has a smile and friendly hello to everyone. Great system for taking orders and getting coffees out and it's not usually too long to wait as a really even when busy. Coffees are decent for a chain and it's close to station. Haven't been to the bathroom or upstairs so can't comment about that

This coffee shop serves very good coffee, but the atmosphere is lacking. The chairs are outdated and unclean, giving off a somewhat neglected vibe. If you're a coffee connoisseur who prioritises flavour over ambience, it's worth stopping by. However, if you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere, you might want to grab your coffee to go.

£9 and the server cannot be bothered to ask if I want my drink (the special) hot or cold?! She was so unfriendly and turned her back to us the entire time so I did not feel comfortable re asking! Server made 0 effort for any conversation and looked miserable, like they just got up out of bed ? The interaction was for 2 minutes! I go to a coffee house once a quarter so I am not a 'natural'. Seriously, do better. I get much better service in Lidl and Poundland.
My bf wanted serving in a tea cup and not a paper cup but he was ignored and not given a choice! Quite easy when the person has their back the whole time and is paying no attention.
Best part, no seating, and nothing was being cleaned. At least 4 different people were each taking up 3 spaces at a time and preventing people from enjoying!
Honestly, what kind of cheap dirty joint is this - masquerading as an upmarket coffee shop ???

Great coffee, shame about the atmosphere. The brew here is top-notch, but the place could really use a deep clean and some updated furniture. If you're prioritizing taste over ambiance, it's worth a visit. Otherwise, consider taking your coffee to go.

Dust on stairs, toilets need refurbishing and had smell. Some chairs worn. Quie cafe quiet, calm, spacious and bright decor. My cake and herbal tea was fine.
