EDIT -- Once I used the email for customer services, it was all sorted out quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. Their normal excellent service was resumed.(Isolated problem from before -- No reply from messaging the website, account not working, express delivery quoted/listed but not offered at checkout, utterly useless support on the phone... Basically, what on earth is going on?!?Usually brilliant but this week, I'd never give the site/company a second chance if this was my first impression!)

Delicious chocolate, well packaged and superb customer service. I ordered on Tuesday evening, and it was delivered to my office in Berlin on Friday morning! For a previous order, they'd been damaged in transit, and the nice lady sent me replacement without any quibbles.

Bought a Valentineâ??s hamper online. Was part of an offer which included a free bottle of English sparkling wine which made it excellent value. My husband said the chocolate was amazing and as the purchaser I found the whole online buying process very easy.
