We had a tasting today with Alba who was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. She was spot on with her recommendations for us and answered all our questions.

Another shop with an invisible queueing system where you are supposed to guess where it begins when there is only one person there. Don't think I'll bother going again, even though I live close by, because missing the train back really annoyed me. Fine margins, I'm afraid, with half a dozen other places nearby.
We are now open to walk-in customers and for pre-arranged collections. We will be limiting entrance to 3 customers in store at any one time.
