I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Papa John's Pizza. My order never arrived, and my attempts to resolve the issue were met with complete indifference. Despite calling several times on the night I placed the order, no one answered the phone. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable for a business that relies on timely service.The frustration didn't end there. When I called the next day to address the missing order, the staff member I spoke to was not only unhelpful but also dismissive and rude. It felt as if he was mocking my situation rather than trying to resolve it. This level of customer service is appalling and shows a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.Overall, my experience with Papa John's was terrible. From not receiving my pizza to dealing with unprofessional staff, the entire situation was handled poorly. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service and decent customer care.

The pizzas in general were good but sadly the new crispy cheese base was disappointing. Barely noticed any cheese and it was very floppy.

Came for a collection after ordering online. We ordered 2 large pizzas - the bbq meat and the works with customisation.Took a while but we got the collection nice and hot.When we got home we opened the lid to a... LACK OF TOPPINGS.Considering the name of the pizza "bbq meat FEAST" and "The Works" is a pizza with a variety of toppings is UNDERWHELMING.

outside is written medium pizza for £7.99inside on the top of the counter any medium pizza for £6.99on paper and online for collection any medium pizza for 16£.i am a bit confused, do you need a graphic designer?

Terrible service. They forgot to send me the drink I ordered. When I called, the person who I talked to specifically told me I'd be refundido for it. They never did. I know think she was playing with me, so I consider this a straight up scam. Theft even.

Awful customer service. We ordered 2 pizzas and none got delivered due to a system error. We called the store and they told us to place another order for 2 pizzas (promised the previous one would be refunded) which also didn?t get delivered. 2 weeks later we have called 4 times now to ask for a refund and every time the employees have been super unhelpful and have no idea how to resolve this. The manager we finally got to speak to was called Adam however again he was super rude. We have now been told our refund will take 3 weeks after practically begging however still no confirmation email. We will be calling again if we do not receive the refund. Papa Johns, please sort your staff out.
