Meal size is getting smaller eg Fries. Ordered a large meal and got half a portion in a large container. When asked for ketchup only got 1 with large meal.
Wonder if Mac Donalds are taking money out of staffs pockets if give away to much sauce ?
Toilets absolutely stinking.
Staff not very polite.
If I was you go KFC.

Shit services for uber drivers the crew is not professional as other mcds. This mcd mark the order as ready and make you stand for half an hour very unprofessional and nasty behaviour of the staff with delivery partners

They say it is open 24/7 but this is not accurate. They dont serve you at all after midnight unless you have a car and order at drive through. Worst costumer service ever. Manager at the night shift was sooo rude and he wasn?t helpful at all. If you dont serve to individuals after a specific time you DEFO have the mention that with BOLD and big fonts rather than just saying we mention in the disclaimer!!!!

table service is good and the app is good just don't go in rush hours haha

I went through the drive through all I wanted was 4 drinks it took 25 minutes and the excuse was they are really busy as I drove around the front of the restaurant there was hardly anyone in there I don?t think half of them in there know what they are doing as the person in front of me was told to go to the collection window collected he?s food and then as he drove off the bloke at the payment window realised he hadn?t paid and he drove off with over £23 worth of McDonald?s

Says it?s 24 hours but it?s not . Total lie. Waste of my time getting there for 4am when I had finished work and wanted something to eat. Staff extremely rude

This McDonald's has a drive through (order then pay at one window and collect from the other) as well as place for people to eat in. There's often a queue at peak morning, lunch and dinner times. You can get table service if you order on the screens and select to have it delivered to your table.
It's a McDonald's do expect the usual options like a big mac, fries and dips. French fries were very poor as they looked and tasted undercooked and unseasoned.
On a hot day it was nice and relatively cold inside.
Didn't check out the toilet.

Ordered a delivery through the app, it arrived missing a meal, tried ringing multiple times to try and get hold of the food or to try and gat some money back, no one willing to answer the phone.....I know there people there cause you sent out the rest of the order so your not fooling anyone

Horrible service!!! I went there yesterday, inside was empty so ordered Cheeseburger, chips and coke, I was waiting for it more than 10 min because they were only concentrating at drive through. After 10min one of the staff called Ravi throw my food on the desk and walk away no thank you nothing ! I received cold chips which I hate it!!!!! I asked him for hot one and no sorry nothing! Just waited another 10min! That?s the worst Mc Donald in the area for such a long time ! Every time I?m receiving cold food !

I really like this drive through. I pass through of a morning sometimes and the weekday morning staff are always so helpful. They are 5 star. Unfortunately this weekend I was coming back from a very late event. Went to the drive through with 2 friends. The man taking our order didn?t seem to fully understand and when we asked him to repeat the order back he point blank refused. When we got to the pay point he started telling me he knows my order. We discussed it and he didn?t. At the next window they only gave us part of the order but we checked it before leaving. The female assistant also started to dispute the order. She then gave us the right food. We parked to eat in the car, then 3 young ish men in 3 separate cars drew close and proceeded to have an argument. They looked a bit dodgy, we really didn?t want to be caught in the middle of something but they?d sort of blocked us in so it was very uncomfortable to try and move away. Such a different feel and situation early hours of Sunday morning. Very rude, unhelpful staff, so different to the morning staff in the week. The guys definitely need more customer service training. Disappointed to say the least.
