Avoid. Terrible service today by this lady
Despite me apologising after expressing i hadn't heard her calling me next in the queue(I?ve been partially deaf for 20+ years), she displayed an appalling attitude, proceeded to start shouting at me and shouting bye.
It?s common practice in customer-facing roles for staff to wear name badges. This lady was not. I asked for her name so i could submit a complaint and she refused multiple times. Extremely disgusted in the staff this greggs branch is hiring!!

We went today to this greggs at around 10:30 and this english lady of age around 50-60 was extremely rude and racist. This is so far my worst experience in the greggs. Would never recommend anyone to go in this particular branch.

Slowest service ever in any greggs ? got there when there was no queue, ordered and by the time my order got to me (2 items fyi and one was already ready to go) there was a queue of at least 6 people or more waiting to order?.
