Diabolical behaviour by rude Leah!!!
I?ve spent a lot of money at Asda over the years and this is the first time I have experienced such appalling behaviour at the Asda store in Deptford high street yesterday!!!
I had the misfortune to be served by rude Leah!!! Extremely aggressive and rude lady who started to swear at me because I proved that I had been overcharged from my Asda shopping! I also felt extremely upset by the security guard. When Leah swore at me I was in complete shock. I requested to speak with a manager. The security guard claimed he was in charge. I told him I do not believe that he is the person in-charge, as it clearly has security written on his jacket not manager!!! Adam still maintained he is in charge of the store and that he is the only person I can speak with.
I found him also rude towards me, by now I just wanted to pay for the remaining items and Leave as he made it clear to me he was taking Leah's side without knowing the whole situation.
It?s been over 24 hours and I am still hurt and shaken by the disgusting behaviour of Leah!
I decided to call the REAL manager (Muhammed) today to advise him of the upsetting experience I had. Thankfully he was the complete opposite to Leah and Adam. He apologised on behalf of them and assured me he would speak with both of them. I really do appreciate Muhammed listening to my complaint however I still feel it?s important to also share my awful experience online too. In hopes no one else will have to be treated like this again.

Not bad
But it's better to go to bigger stores where you have more choices

Level of customer service is non, I wanted to return my Amazon order and they didn?t have any labels for the past 5 days and they suggested me to come back tomorrow when is Saturday and for sure they won?t receive the labels, after 5 members of the staff ignoring me at all a team leader came to speak with me with the same answer and saying that it?s my problem.
Second time I popped in and another manager Scott was exactly the same just apologised and saying any complaint will come to him so he will have conversations with his staff. As customer I felt really offended and ignored , I won?t recommend that location for anything

Really used to love this Asda, especially as its just around the corner. But recently, in the last 6 months or so, basic staple items are almost always out of stock; which is very frustrating. The prices on some products, eg. poultry and meat, are quite a bit higher than other Asda stores, probably because of the constant thefts, so I've stopped buying those items from this particular asda. However, most of the staff are pleasant and helpful.
4? for the staff
1? for regularly out of stock items/produce.

Tried to call them but no one answers. Fhe automated system is a blocker i stead of helping us to engage with Asda

Terrible store! Do not get your George packages delivered to this store. The drivers scan your package as delivered to store then steal your package. This has happened to me and my sisters twice!

It?s one of the worst supermarkets in London, dirty and nasty. There are no normal needs. The place is filled with goods that it does not need. Most of the chicken in the refrigerator is spoiled or damaged. I visited 2 times and felt like I wanted to throw up. It is as if I entered a barrel of garbage. The employees are cooperative, but the goods are better. I hope the Ministry of Health and Environment visits the place. I?m new in the area but this place it?s ?

Questioning why I?m paying for my shopping whilst I watch people steal & security do nothing about it?

Terrible supermarket, ok for essentials only. Low ceiling with unpleasant lighting.
Most vegetables are already off in the supermarket, so not any point buying them. A lot of things will be out of stock too half the time.

Tamika, what an excellent customer service service gives to everyone, I saw her interacting with a few customers while she was sorting out a minor problem I had with my shopping. I have been going to asda for many years and today I truly can say this girl is a rising star.

Don't bother using the scan and go app, staff are clueless on how to use it to check your shopping and just pass you onto the next member for answers.
