If I could give 0 starts I would, this place is absolutely dirty, the washing machines are full of mold, and the woman stays on her phone talking out loud instead of helping the people who need her, we called her and told her how loud she?s being, she went to another room and continued being loud, doesn?t know know how to work in a public place, when we arrived she was talking to a man and another woman that was washing her clothes was the one to give us instructions.

Washed a double duvet in one of there machines and come back to me all ripped and manager said he can?t do anything and not his responsibility

My clothes weren?t dry after spending £5 to dry my clothes in one of the dryers, I asked the lady to have a look and explained that maybe this specific dryer was faulty. She was extremely rude and unhelpful, said I left the door open so it?s my fault and didn?t give me a pleasant experience using this laundrette. I have returned home with damp clothes!

Quick & Easy not having used a launderette for a long time thought it was a little expensive but guess they're normal rates as machine is made to take £6 dryers are fast too

Racist member of staff specking in rude manner To mixed race male no lno reason. For him leave She was arguing and being very threatening towards him Whitch unaccept. She?s a white female middle age Work they 8 am untilll 7 pm. 5 day weekShe keeps pushing customers awayLast time my son went into the laundrette she tried to overcharge me for Wash and dry.

Absolutely rude and aggressive staff, couldn't hear me on the phone instead of being patient to hear me he hung up, I called again to complain about the staff who hung up on me and the other staff who picked up did the same. Absolutely shameful behaviour from this cab service

Laundry isn't anything to get excited about but it was as pleasurable an experience as such an experience could be.I've not done laundry in a launderette for over a decade but a broken washing machine prompted me to visit one. To be honest I don't know what I was expecting but I really liked what I found here. Friendly service tops the list closely followed by good capacity for patrons as well as wash load capacity.
