If I could give ZERO stars I would. Every bad review on here is accurate. I am making a formal complaint against them and also changing chemist. It is a death trap, they NEVER have my mother?s medicine on time which she desperately needs for her v serious condition.
Customer service is awful they are rude & laugh and smirked at my sister who went in there to explain our mother is disabled and that she is a delivery patient as they denied that she was, then later looked and confirmed she was! They don?t answer the phone or provide an update or even apologies for delays.
The management must be poor for the staff to behave this way. In fact the man at the back who the staff claimed was the manager was even smirking and laughing too. Says it all! In a caring profession, but not caring!
What they didn?t realise is I?ve worked in law firms for many years and know how to make formal complaints for fun!
More importantly, They could be leaving old patients or patients who have no one without medication for too long it?s so dangerous.
I advise anyone else who?s had issues with them to make a complaint following the NHS procedure and/or contact their head office too.

Zero stars!! Such an awful pharmacy! Badly managed. Phone never gets answered. Can't believe this place is still open. This definitely is not the friendly pharmacy that you can rely on when needing medicine.

If i could give 0 stars i would!! They never have any medication on time , we always have to wait for weeks sometimes . My husband has recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure so he needed blood pressure medicine ASAP i have been told any time i ago come tomorrow , come tomorrow we dont have them today . Today i went since i lost patience in waiting and i was told to come in today , to be told again that they dont have his medicine , when i asked them to give him something similar then to control his blood pressure so he doesnt end up having a heart attack i was then given his medicine that was originally prescribed by his GP !!! HONESTLY THIS IS BULLSHIT ! I will take them to court and FINALY AND FOR ONCE SHUT THIS PHARMACY DOWN BECAUSE AM FED UP!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID EVEN IF ITS THE CLOSEST TO YOU PHARMACY!!! WHY DID I ALMOST HAVE TO BEG FOR THEM TO GIVE HIS MEDICINE????

This pharmacy use to be good when it was managed by co op. Right now its like a death trap no medications on time, clueless staff, never answer the phone, long queues even though there are stuff standing around at the back. You will have to make several visits to track your medication !!
I do not understand how this place is running the old stuff were efficient, the pharmacy looked good had enough products etc right now its a dump empty shelves, incompetent stuff. I wonder how the management is allowing this after several complains.
