The lady that served me is lovely I didn't get her name.I've been to the one in beckon had a different key cut it was NOT cut properly so I couldn't use it waste of money and time going to beckon.Because I never kept my Receipt they couldn't do anything.Always will now go To the one in Dagenham Heathway.

Don't get me wrong the male staff member who served me a while back was absolutely lovely BUT the female staff member(sorry didn't catch her name) Just wow! Twice I've been in to see her and BOTH times was just amazing service.. she could of sold me a used toilet with how kind, funny and polite she is. You don't find many staff in shops like her anymore. Makes you feel like you've know her years, soon as you walk in you can feel the friendlyness. The amount of times I hear about another shop being a little cheaper BUT I'd rather pay that bit extra just for the amazing customer service she has it honestly makes the rest of the day better and makes you feel less miserable paying out for a service/item. She is definitely a member of staff yous need to keep hold of! Her smile is contagious to so if you need a key, fob, shoe or watch repaired and everything else they do i highly recommend popping in to see her. She's quick, efficient and you'll smile the entire time while your waiting.

Just want to say a massive thankyou to Daisy, not only did she fix my shoes efficiently and in no time, she also served me with the upmost respect I?ve ever received. Her customer service was unreal and such a good personality! Honestly is such an amazing asset to timpsons!

I would like to thank the young lady that works in theTimpsons Dagenham Heathway branch. She both changed my battery and then repaired my watch strap (at no extra cost!)Her cheerful and helpful attitude were an absolute breath of fresh air (especially in Dagenham!) So thanks again Daisy (I was so impressed I asked for her name in order to place this review!) Would definitely recommend to anyone needing this kind of service.
