Best if you're paying using with card. Self checkout is fast but if you need to pay using cash there's always a queue. This is because there are two cash tills of which only one will ever be occupied.

I go fairly often for my lunch, there is usually just one person covering the till and the automatic checkouts so there is often a line adding a few minutes (to be fair, most others are also buying lunch so it moves as quickly as it builds up). The self checkouts are rubbish for scanning items twice or not reading clubcard codes so they often get stuck waiting for the cashier to come over to help.

Lazy staff leaving 1 to operate tills... or in most cases 0 staff seem to be on till. Walk in and the whole shop seems to stink of B.O. it's actually the staff. Have they not heard of soap and antiperspirant. One lady on the till always comes across rude and can't be bothered. This shop used to be so much better. Poor management now. Tell your staff to have a bath you working with food. With that lack of care I bet they don't wash their hands after using the toilet.

Rude, incompetent staff. Leave people queuing for ages with 1 rude woman serving. The other staff just wander around looking hopeless. One was even mopping the floor with dirty, smelly water while we waited, instead of serving. The rude manager behind the counter should NEVER be allowed to interact with customers for a business. I saw her even throw a bag for someone who asked her after she told him to abruptly ?wait?! The security guard is a very rude, lazy person. Spends more time on his phone shouting down it. This place needs management upstairs to have a thorough meeting with these people. Thankfully, you have 1 or 2 staff members that are a credit to you. But the majority are just vile, rude and lazy.

I was in store for shopping. the security guard was busy in his phone with someone, he was speak very loud. which i felt uncomfortable. when i was leaving store i drooped some stuff, he did not help me out , that a rude behavior, which was not expected.

Good shop, friendly staff APART from the new managing lady that's on the till! She's rude, arrogant and most of all tries to charge you twice for your shopping then tries to ignore you! Bill should be running that shop true fella!

Meal deals are hardly a thing in this tescos but besides that it?s a very nice little tescos 9/10 the staff are polite and it?s always tidy and easy to get around would recommend

Had a parcel to be delivered here by Hermes but wasn?t scanned off by staff from the driver went in multiple times but issue not resolved.Spoke to team leader who wasn?t bothered and kept on sweeping.Had wedding stuff in parcel for a customer who wasn?t happy.Very upset
