I visited today to pick up my parcel on arrival they told me my parcel was not there I informed them it was showed them confirmation on my phone they then told me it would be in a specific place if it was there so it's notI then saw the parcel on the shelf behind the lady and informed her it has my name on itShe then said the parcel was too small that's why she couldn't find it, no apology for miss information, these people seriously need a customer service course they are freeSend them on them

Got there ten minutes before closing, they had locked the door without saying anything. Refused to serve me, said they didn?t have time. I?m disabled and was the only time I could come to post office. Rude!

One old lady today she didn?t was able to copy the post code from my package, she do it wrong. When I was back there to explain she did a mistake, she told me to don?t worry my parcel is fine even if she mistake . I ask her to find my parcel and to try to fix the problem she told me no.. he won't do it . After one hour another Asian lady she help me to find the parcel and she fix it. Now I?m wondering if she is not able to copy from label why she is still there?

Lovely ladies working here, I?ve never had any issues and use this post office a lot, especially since the pandemic began. Even though chadwell Heath post office is closed to me, I travel further just to be served and post my items at this branch so that should say something

Put the wrong address (fault on my part) but they weren?t interested although the parcel was still in their possession and were too lazy to search for it and told me to leave even though that meant that I wouldn?t get my parcel back

I've been here many times in my life so I feel like I understand it pretty well. I don't want to name anyone in particular, but there are some that seem to not care about customer service at all. Maybe they're depressed I don't know, but I always try to act nice when I'm in there. But really it's not a nice experience when I'm waiting to be served and you're doing something with your mobile phone. Even when I've given over a package for you to check the address, you continue to text whatever. Then it seems like I'm giving you so much bother when I ask for different prices for sending. You tell me "oh I have to start all over again" (referring to the computer). Really? Well start over then, I just want to know some prices, it's literally your job to advise me. Don't make it seem like I'm giving you so much work to do, when I'm really just asking simple price enquiries. Fortunately there are friendly and helpful people there too, otherwise I'd give 1 star.

Worst Post Office ever. The so-called "manager" has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Currently being pushed back and forth to Royal Mail because 3 parcels went "missing" somewhere, and they still don't take any responsibility, or have a direct line to talk with Royal Mail, everything falls into customer to try to find his own mail? What a huge pile of nonsense.
