Worse pizza hut I ever seen in my life, disgraceful service.\n\nI came this way to issue a complain regarding our order and staff unprofessional.\n\nStart off by my partner called to make a complaint regarding the order being wrong, Aisha picked up the phone she was saying she did what came out on her receipt. In which in our receipt clearly shows the right toppings.\n\nOne of the pizzas was only a pizza with ham and the next one with Roquito which in the pictures shows as a Roquito but they came in slices. Once again false advertising.\n\nAt some point in the conversation she said what would you like us to do about this?! Instead of finding a solution being the manager on site as told via phone, she should have had a different approach towards making a decision and apologising for being wrong. She as a manager should know what to do in this type of situation instead of waiting to us to tell her what she should do.\n\nI then picked up the phone and I?ve started explaining to her that it?s not the 1st time deliveries get wrong to our address and that this is not acceptable.\n\nI then explained to her that we had kids awaiting to go bed and that one of the kids don?t eat pepperoni which is why we asked a pizza just with ham.\n\nI told her instead of debating on the phone she should know as a mistake you should get another pizza ready but as the time was late we had to find a second option for one of the child to eat.\n\nThis is unacceptable and we are requesting a refund for the pizza as it?s not the 1st time they do mistakes on this Pizza Hut.\n\nWhen speaking to her seems like she did not really care if the pizza was wrong or not which makes it even more annoying and lack of customer service she was having. Me as a customer I?m not the one who had to tell you what you should do.\n\nWe have told her that we will forward this complaint and that we wanted a refund as it?s unacceptable me spending money on orders that come repeatedly wrong.\n\nIts a shame till now I never received a refund even being promised on via phone and email, the service overall its 0 quality. People like this needs to be out the door and give someone else a chance that really has better customer service and wants a job and get a new management to manage that pizza hut.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and boy were the pizzas horrible. The dough was dry and largely inelastic. There was hardly any cheese on the pizzas and the taste was horrible and stale. No one in my family enjoyed the pizzas and we were all really let down by how horrible the pizzas were. Pizza Hut has always been a go to brand but this experience has really left us feeling like this is the last time we would ever order from Pizza Hut again. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!

?I ordered a large Beef Sizzler, large Chicken Sizzler and Medium size Pepperoni pizza from this Pizza Hut location, and everything was delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese was gooey, and it arrived hot and fresh. The delivery was quicker than expected, and the delivery driver Mohammed was friendly & polite . Definitely my go-to place for pizza nights!?

I placed an order on Saturday 29th March 2025 at 17.43 hours to the 339 Valence Road, Dagenham as on a google search this showed up as my nearest branch. My order no. 546978597 for 1 x Big bundle Deal of Pepperoni (13inch large) pizza; Meat Feast (13 inch large) pizza, mixed leaf salad, potato wedges, pepsi max (1.5L bottle), tomato sauce for 35.99 with breaded chicken strips with sweet chilli dip for 6.99 and ben & jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream for 2.99 - total of £49.45.\n\nAn hour later I called the Pizza hut at 339 Valence Road, Dagenham on 02085981414 and was informed by the Manager Mr Abu that they did not have my order and they cover only the RM8 area, he advised me to call the branch that covered my postcode in 131 Broad Street, Dagenham on 0203 4174926 which I did, I gave my order number again and spoke with the Manager Mr Mohamed who after I explained I had been waiting fort over an hour, and had spoken to his sister branch, and needed my order as my kids were looking forward to entertaining me to a carpet picnic for mothers day the following day. He said my order was not there and promptly dropped the phone on me.\n\nI called back, Mohamed's colleague answered the phone and after waiting for 10 minutes, he came to the phone where I explained to him he had dropped the phone without telling me how I get my order which I now want to cancel. He said he had no log of my order and was unable to help me, I should either come down to their branch to sort it out or place a second order. I explained to him that the whole point of ordering delivery was because I was unable to leave the house and I had two small children so could not leave them alone all because he could not be bothered to look for my order or send me a replacement. I asked for an email address so I could send him my receipt, but was advised to call customer service.\n\nI then called Abu back at the previous branch, he called Mohamed to my hearing and asked him to look for my order which was unable to be found. I asked for a replacement again as now my kids were crying from hunger. I was told there was nothing he could do and to call customer services for a refund.\n\nI am so upset over the rude customer service I received. I have worked in customer service for various organisations and would never speak to anyone like or drop the phone on a customer..

Ordered from them, waited for the delivery for an hour. The order didn?t show up and when I called no one will pick up, I?ve been on hold for 35minutes

I collected two pizzas and one of the pizzas were a chicken sizzler, I received this and told the person they said they would deliver another one, it has been one hour and the driver still hasn?t came. This is the second time this happen, last time the driver ate the food.
