Shockingly rude service

Extremely rude and disgusting service - the way this lady shouts and screams at you is unacceptable over just discussing nail shape and colour. She jumped up from her seat screaming at me - then tried to take over from the guy who was doing my toes. I had to ask her to lower her voice several times. Left feeling humiliated, red in the face and shaking. Unacceptable.

I'm new to the area, so was looking for a place to get my nails done. I'm glad I found Pinky Nails. The nail technician really knows what she's doing and takes pride in what she is doing. I picked out a colour and she was able to advise me on it. ?

Nice nails but terrible customer service. Called earlier for removal and just gel polish on my natural nails, was told 18 as £10 for removal and £8 for the polish. When I went to get them done, was told by one lady removal was £8 then after the service (which was done by a different employee) was told everything came down to £28! £10 for removal and £18 for ?shellac? when I asked for gel polish. Decided to just pay as I was travelling next day and it was late but won?t recommend in case of getting scammed if you know little about nails.
