Waited an hour for delivery, online information incorrect. There were only 6-8 chips in each portion and were stone cold & hard. The chicken was overcooked & burnt. Rice & corn was nasty. No manager availible to talk to , no customer service from staff at all. Do not order from here, complete waste of money, all went in the bin.

Ordered wicked variety bucket, I received 5 chicken, 5 piece of wings . Called the restaurant and Floor manager Nowrin spoke to me . She was rude and doesn?t have basis customer service knowledge and surprisingly she is a floor manager!

After waiting for so long in-front of till , I had to take matters at hand and call out a staff after making several eye contacts that can anyone serve me. Been told if I am paying by card have to use machine. Well thank you could have told me earlier. You will be served in drive way much quicker than in store.

Absolutely terrible. The food was overcooked. It was dry just terrible. I had guests over and what an embarrassment it was to me.

They need to do serious emprovement in here, staff talking over food, mannrisium is a lot to be desired and general sense the staff are overwhelmed. They need to do so much better loads of customers asked for refund as time wait is ridiculous ? and the time to hand over food isn't any better of They haven't spoken over your food. This KFC needs a lot of work!!!

Food is good it recently turned Halal, HFA approved. The service is very slow and staff is not trained, i have seen them talking while customers wait to order during busy hours they struggle. The store has very congested seating area, i would not recommend for dine-in.

5?????for KFC Dagenham,as I have had the best experience.Staff was friendly and kind, very well managed.I have got my order in no time?. Chicken was hot and fresh and I have enjoyed my meal in a very clean environment.Well done everyone ??? I definitely recommend this restaurant and will come back again.

The service was quick and speedy I got my meal a minute after I ordered. The worker Dan had great customer service, he was very welcoming. All the staff were polite and kind. Overall a great experience.

Every time I come here I have a good experience, very friendly staff and excellent food. I didn?t have to wait long at all, it was very quick. 10/10 would recommend.Vegetarian options: Although this restaurant is based around chicken they also have a vegetarian option for those who don?t eat meat.
