Just want to say thank you to the lady that works here called ?Jayne? had my order delivered and the coffee has split out and all over my food, I called the store she was very understanding very polite and went above to help me she had my order out again without 0 hesitation and added a few extras really appreciate it ?great customer service to you

Greggs Dagenham - A Spot of Sunshine on a Rainy Day
My recent visit to Greggs in Dagenham was made significantly better thanks to the fantastic staff, particularly Juanelle. While Greggs is generally known for its reliably good food and coffee, it's the customer service that can really elevate the experience, and that's exactly what happened here.
Juanelle greeted me with a genuine smile, which is always a welcome start. We all make mistakes sometimes, and I definitely made one when placing my drink order. Instead of making me feel awkward, Juanelle was incredibly understanding and quickly replaced my drink with exactly what I wanted. No fuss, no bother, just efficient and friendly service.
That kind of quick and cheerful resolution is what really makes a difference. It turned a potentially frustrating moment into a positive one, and left me feeling valued as a customer. It's clear that Juanelle takes pride in her work and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Beyond the excellent service from Juanelle, the Greggs itself was clean and well-stocked, as you'd expect. But it's that personal touch that will make me choose this Greggs in Dagenham again.
In short:
Positive: Friendly and efficient service from Juanelle. Quick resolution to a mistake on my order. Welcoming atmosphere.
Overall: A great experience, made even better by the exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

I love this Greggs, it's not only on my doorstep but it has wonderful customer service.
The sausage rolls are the best, you can't beat how hot and tasty they are from this one.
The coffee, wonderful, The great, smiling service you get there sets the start of my day perfectly. Fantastic overall.

Got here for 06:40 and the store is closed!
Lady in the shop don't want to speak with us nor let us know that she is not!
Had to bang on the shutters and still no response, then she opened and has nothing out and say machine's not working, why on earth would you not let us know rather than wasting another 15 minutes of my day which has now made me run late for work without any breakfast all cos the staff decided to have a late start which is clearly what's happened here.
Both male and female very ride and dismissive.
Not happy with Greggs in general as it seems your standards have been falling around the ilford stores dramatically!

Lovely staff but my food arrived cold because the order was deliveried to two places not the workers fault but Greggs overall should only let one person take per order or otherwise this will keep happening
