My followers will know that I don't normally review such establishments but I think it important to acknowledge exceptional customer service when one encounters it. This was my experience today with Syed. He is the perfect example of how just a small friendly interaction can brighten up a customer's day. I do hope that Greggs will continue to invest in young people such as Syed.

There are ants all in the cake cabinet. On the cakes, staff had to throw all of it away. Couldn't get my cake I wanted. Infested with ants. Be carefully.. look closley

Staff and products are good. Like most greegs it's always short staffed so the sugar area is always messy and running out. The music was some rude boy station that I didn't feel appropriate for this setting.
