Gave me a fake screen for iPhone. Double taps letters and types by itself on the new screen not getting it fixed from here ever again. Did not issue a receipt but issued other customers cos didn?t want me to have a guarantee with it, not stupid. Waited over 45 mins in the shop watched every other customer get served to be given a faulty screen. Never again never recommend to anyone.

Made me really angry. Agreed on a price I will pay for 2 phones 2 be unlocked.50£. On collection price increased. Guy tried to argue that we agreed on £60. I am not stupid . Not going back there. Used the shop for 4 years never had a problem. Will travel further for more honest service.

This place makes me laugh. The owner has all Islamic things in his shop, trying to portray that he is a religious honest man but I think it's faIse.I had a cracked screen on a Samsung galaxy s7 edge. I was using this phone for 4 months in a very bad condition. I decided to get it repaired out of the blue which I regret. They fixed the screen and charged me £100. 3 days later my phone never turns on again, I make them aware of this and they give it to two engineers who cannot fix it. Turns out there are complex motherboard issues. I tell the guy that I don't even want a full refund because I did appreciate the time and effort he put in, so I wanted at least 50-60£ back. He told me that this issue is like a car/engine problem, that they're not correlated to each other. But essentially he has conned me £100 for a screen on an s7 edge, which worked for 3 days before "motherboard" issues which I believe he created/damaged himself because as I said, I was using the phone in terrible condition for 4 months but it's functioning turned into a total 0 after he touched it repairing the screen.An honest man would give a partial refund because he benefits and so does the customer. The screen work was completely useless if the phone doesnt turn on anymore because of the busted motherboard you created. The customer would have appreciated it and come back to him in the future to invest money in his business by coming to him but he is a typical, dishonest greedy asian. You gained £100 when you could have had a loyal customer spending hundreds over the years possibly. Initially came to him because he's muslim so I thought he would be honest and reliable, misjudged him a lot, good luck with your con-business.

Very expensive, later when I went to collect the phone tried charging me more, and then told me they don't take card, only cash, also since they fixed my phone my battery is s**t don't last as long as it did before.
