Just went to collect the car, two scratches were repaired one wasn?t.When I complained I was shown the quote ( which I had never seen before!) and told the missing section wasn?t quoted for.I asked why would I only want half the job done?I then asked to see the only document I had ever seen and actually signed, which of course included the missing work.I was then told it would be another £90 and two more days.Whoever worked out the process here needs some urgent advice!!I?m very annoyed about this because it had come in £20 less than my max?.and now the budget is blown due to their mistake.Date of experience: 22 August 2023

fix auto repairs my accident repair on 8th may and told us fix brand new door but they use old lock system from old door and door make noise while lock my door been to them next day still not fix my problem and not give me any appointment till today they give gurenty for work life time free this all on paper only.....not happy at all.

I am due to be booked into the garage, already my anxiety is up. They do not bother answering the phones at all. Neither can you leave a voicemail it just rings of if your making to book for your car.That is true. I have tried on several occasions and experienced the same thing. I have to go through my insurers for them to pass a message on.It looks like all those awards they supposingly got may have gone to they heads.I hope my car will not be one of their many disappointing results. I really am anxious.If it turns out good I will revise my review.

I had 2 incidents in 10 days my car had been damaged i have been waiting for them to pick up my car and fix it but to no avail they dont answer calls today i got a call and they said they would send me link for uploading images since then i have been calling and trying to reach them but to no avail nobody sent me the link though they have made an appointment fir collection but on one condition until they see the images and discuss to my insurance company until then the app will be on hold i dont know whats happening i am very much disappointed i dont know why my insurance company chose them ?

The lady on the front desk was friendly and helpful as for the standard of repair was not Great had to return the vehicle as grill was still out of line they adjusted the headlight .headlight is slightly out but was told that if I wanted it done again I would have to go back through my insuranceServices: Painting

You can't go wrong with them. Surprised when I pick up my car especially because carbon black paint is not easy to replicate but the guys did an amazing job you cannot tell the difference.
