This garage had a refurbishment not long ago and since then the toilet has not been in use, there are empty stock boxes in the hall covering the door, there has never been an out of order sign, the reason given varies every time from one word ?broken? to mfg will not fix it?but never an apology. I deliberately put fuel in at other stations now with polite knowledgeable staff

Had a parcel delivered here and they claim to not have received it, even though I have proof of postage and delivery. They even say it happened to others. Don?t use this as a click and collect point as you probably won?t get your parcel. He didn?t even seem sorry. V v un happy!

Nothing special about this place. It appears to have change hands. The new staff dont appear to have any customer focus. When I visited they appeared more interested in private phone calls and talking to each other. I stood waiting at the counter, waiting to pay for fuel whilst two female staff chatted amongst themselves and liaised with a third party on the phone. However credit where credit is due, a young man working there appears very customer focused and its nice to have a least one member of staff that focuses on the customers.

Utterly useless since these new people have taken over I remember being able to go there and get a newspaper at 4am on route to work now they don?t even have them by 7.30 am some 24hr garage that is utter useless and totally incompetent

WORST PETROL STATION to buy anything but petrol from, the guy in the night does not listen to what you want and he brings you wrong items, I bought a milk and the lid was open and I couldn't go back to change it b3cause it wasn't worth the hasle as I live far.
