For delivery, always available, when others are not. Very quick. Food is good , could be bit hotter but still warm. Thats why 4 stars. Also they are the very few who give sauces even i did not ask. Napkins etc. They do. And the portion is decent, so all these negative reviews must be influenced. Im not a fussy eater but critical big time if something is not right. I ve been ordering frim rhis shop over 12 years nearly on weekly basis. And Kfc just front of my door. Nothing more to say. Not allowed to give review again i just had food from them today again. 3am. First class

Waste of Money ? Avoid This Place
I ordered a fillet burger (£4) and 3 wings (£1.98) ? and it was a total letdown.
The burger came in a cold, stale bun with a tiny dry nugget, a drop of mayo, and wilted lettuce. Tasteless and lazy.
The wings were worse ? tiny, oily, chewy, and undercooked. For nearly £2, it was shocking.
When I complained, the staff laughed and said, ?It?s the owner?s choice.? No apology, no help.
The whole meal wasn?t worth £3, let alone £6.
?? Avoid this shop. Poor quality, overpriced, and careless service.

Very Disappointing ? Not Worth the Money
I ordered a fillet burger (£4) and 3 wings (£1.98) and was very let down.
The burger came in a cold, small bun with what looked like a nugget inside, barely any mayo, and smelly lettuce. It had no taste at all.
The wings were tiny, cold, oily, and undercooked ? completely inedible.
When I complained, the staff just laughed and said it wasn?t their problem.
This meal wasn?t worth even £3. I won?t be coming back.

Absolutely Disappointed ? Tasteless Food and Total Waste of Money
I recently visited this shop and ordered a fillet burger (£4) and 3 wings (£1.98) ? and I truly regret wasting my money.
The fillet burger came in a cold, tiny bun, with what looked like a cold nugget inside, topped with a few drops of mayonnaise and a piece of smelly lettuce. It was completely tasteless ? not even close to what you'd expect from a proper burger.
The 3 wings were even worse. For nearly £2, I received wings that looked like they were from a newborn chick, not full-sized chicken wings. They were cold, chewy, oily, and half-cooked ? absolutely disgusting.
I asked the staff member about the food, and he just laughed and said he couldn?t do anything because it?s up to the owner. That kind of attitude just adds insult to injury.
To be honest, this meal wasn?t worth more than £3 total, if even that. I made the mistake of choosing this place, and it will definitely be my last visit ever.
?? My advice: stay away from this shop. Overpriced, filthy, tasteless food with zero value for money. Don?t make the same mistake.

Very Disappointed
Ordered food from Dixy chicken shop and was really let down. The chips arrived completely cold, and the staff were extremely rude. Definitely won?t be ordering from here again.

Don?t normally do this, but damn paying outrageous prices for them to shrink the chip bag, use to get a good helping of chips with my meal, now what I just got ain?t even a large McDonald?s chips do better dixy!

I?m a 30 stone guy and I didn?t get this big throwing away food I took one ok maybe two bites and threw the whole lot in the bin dog wouldn?t even touch it r lest place I?ve ever eaten from avoid it

I'm a regular costumer with this chicken shop ,I opt for the pizzas always fresh tasty and delivered on time ,chickens ok but quite average handy spot if you wanna grab something later after a long day ,but I've got too say there costumer service it's absolutely rude appalling and descusting ,I phoned up too ask a simple question and that was as they put hallerpinos on there pizza s can you please put some in the chicken burger and he was so rude about it and simply had no time for me ,,where your people who keep your gaff running learn too be more considerate and have some mannors,and guys do not attempt too but there doner meat or what's supposed too be doner meat it is rock hard and looks like something out of a horror movie sorry guys just don't go there it's absolutely manky!!!

If was a 0 stars I would put that order off just eat not only do they mess up my order try telling n I?m wrong. Never had issues with this place now I have one the staff are rude arrogant I would normally recommend here without a doubt but now after rude customer service absolutely awful disgraceful disgusting and poor
