Thank you Umayma. I get so happy when I see her making orders at the drive through window. She knows her regular customers and my coffee is always perfect each and every time. Umayma is friendly and provides excellent customer service. Well done to management for hiring her.

The chai with Oat was rather watery and not very tasty, which is not my usual Costa experience ? The egg, mushroom and spinach bap with hollandaise sauce was quite nice. Hadn't had that before, but I am likely to have that again.

Not very busy... put a lot of syrup in drinks both hot and cold making it far too sweet.
My son and his wife could not finish it, so I was glad I stuck with straight forward latte.

I come here almost every day. I buy the same coffee every day (oat latte with hazelnut). This is the second time I've come here. There is no hazelnut in it, but when I say it, they want an extra fee. I already pay an extra fee for the latte and have them add it to it.It is disrespectful to not put it in and take extra money to put it in. Do not buy things without checking them first.

I'm writing this just for information. The coffee here is not bad. But there is no bakery here. And that's why I bought an imported croissant here today, not fresh, hard and cold.

I go to this cafe almost every day, I'm a mother of twins and I go out to get a coffee every time I take the kids out. I spend around 10 pounds more or less every time I go. Today I asked for a cinnamon latte. I got a cinnamon-flavored water. I went back and specified that coffee was not ok and asked for a regular latte instead of a cinamon flavored.The lady there offered me a bad look saying that she cant give me that cause i paid for a small coffee, I told her what I was meant to say it was a normal latte. She made me feel so bad from the begging of her service she always offer the minimal service never Smile she makes me feel bad for paying to have a coffee,in this economy spending every day for coffee and other treats customers should be valued but not in this place. God knows how hard is to go outside with the babies the last thing i want is to be bad treatead. I came to hate this place honestly is the last time i am going there.

Worst customer service ever. I was short changed, the lady (Virginia) was so rude when I asked for my correct money back, not a single apology and instead gave me the dirtiest look as if it was my fault!! Disgusting behaviour, made me feel really uncomfortable. All the other staff members are really nice

Shocking customer service, had to repeat our order four times and then were told to ?just come to the window?. Upon getting there we received a drink with dairy milk even though we specifically asked for oat due to allergies. No apology when we pointed this out, lady at the window just looked annoyed like it was our fault. In the end, two drinks had to be remade and not one apology in the whole experience. It?s always a struggle to get what you ordered here as the staff are rushing you and not listening to you when you?re ordering, which leads to several mistakes in what you receive. If some time was taken to train staff in customer service and the ability to listen to what customers are saying, these issues won?t happen.
