They need to fix up the staff cause clearly half of them don?t speak or understand English. Simple question where this product is or at least say what aisle number but half of them don?t know and the other staff wants to make a big description that led to nothing. Services is soo bad that they only had one tills staff serving about 10 people??

I found B&M ok. The place was well stocked out. Unfortunately, they didn't have all that I wanted, but that was down to me, leaving it too late in the day. The staff was helpful looking for me just in case i mist what i was looking for. They said there other branch may have it,,
