If you feel like you wanted to be insulted wall to this Argos. I walking in waiting to be seen, there are 2 people behind the counter serving customers. As I had cash I couldn?t use the machine. As I was up next in line the serving asked the lady behind me If she was first. Bearing in mind the lady behind came in after me and of course if she was first I?m sure she would have spoken. I feel so embarrassed and continued to purchase my product with an apology. Disgraceful.

I would like to express my disappointment at your unsatisfactory level of service.I just noticed on one of the items I received in delivery today, the Sensse Professional LED, that there were dark hairs on the mask and on the inside as if someone had used it. The most aggravating thing is that it seems to be a man with a beard because the hair follows the same shape as someone with a mustache and a beard also when I checked further I found that it was actually human hair. Disgusting, I paid for something new received and it wasn't cheap for me to receive this type of thing. Subject to getting any infections on my face. This is the second time I've been extremely disappointed with your service, but I've never made a proper complaint about it.This is making me completely stressed and frustrated.

Had the loveliest lady help me while I bought a vaccum cleaner I couldn?t carry it and she helped me with a makeshift carrier thing was genius managed to make it home in one piece

The customer service is horrible, the staff and the manager were really rude with us and they didn?t want to speak with us or answered our questions about the refund that we wanted to make. The worst place were you can buy. At the same time there was another client that just collect his product and was broken and they didn?t want to refund him anything, the manager said she doesn?t care and started recording him without his permission. They were really racist with all the customer because all of us were from an another country. I am pregnant and they disturb me that much that I am now in pain, due to the stress that the manager caused me. I?ve been working in customer service for many years and I know that?s not the actituted that a manager has to have

Ordered a globber one K E Motion Electric Scooter. The item wouldn't charge. I attempted to return the scooter, was initially told I would have to contact courier company, as product was home delivery!I requested to speak with a manager, as I see no reason for me to chase up the courier because the item is faulty and it was purchased form Argos.I requested to speak to manager, and in a instance I was asked for my card and I was refunded my £160. I appreciate that sometimes goods break and can be faulty, however the best way to learn about a company is too look at how they resolve issues when things go wrong. I have to say I'm very disappointed.

If i could give this place a 0 i honestly would!! The manager was appualing and extremely rude when i tried to return a faulty item!! Literally has no people skills whatsoever and dont me started on the fag breaks everytime i enter the retail park shes standing outside smoking at the entrance near customers and kids!! You can tell shes just been given the job as none of the things she was saying made any sense whatsoever!! Thankfully the security man was really pollite and one of the workers who agreed she was unproffessional and apparently is like that towards all customers!!

I hope the manager reads this. I walking to the store to view some blinds and kitchen staff your Staff member Linda came in and was truly amazing. She offered help, explained, advised she was not trying to just sell me any product. But has a customer I felt she was trying to make sure I got what I was looking for with detail where how to put it everything. You definitely need more like her..was the best 10 minutes of customer service I had in years... I hope on this season period you reward her.Thank you

Rubbish customer service! Giving 1 star as this is the minimum I can give.Wanted to return a microwave which I never used. Took the microwave out of the box and realised I would need a bigger one. Did not even plug in for once. Wrapped up nicely and boxed like original condition.The lady opened the box and said an imaginary blue tape was missing which would stick the door to show it as intact. I never opened the door and did not find any blue tape. She was telling me as the tape is missing so she cannot accept the return. Most funny thing is the white cork sheet that protects the microwave inside the box and always ends up in the bin, was slightly broken and she also flagged up that issue. I don't know who cares about that white cork sheet and it's not like it was missing.I was very frustrated and took it to another nearby Argos. In that store the lady was very friendly and she listened to me carefully. Then she checked the microwave and said it looked like it was never used. She ensured the cables and everything are nicely packed. Then she processed the return. Then I found a bigger one online, ordered and collected the new one from there right after the return was accepted. I came home and carefully opened the microwave to see if there is actually a blue sticker the lady from Merrielands store was talking about. Trust me I didn't find any sticker (blue/white) at all in the new one.My experience is based on my visit at this store this evening. The colleagues should try to help the customers out instead of always making a fuss about silly issues. I will rather drive 10 mins more and go to another nearby Argos store but will never visit this Merrielands Crescent one again despite the fact that it's only a minute away from my place.

Very rude and worst service I brought one product and that was faulty . I went on store for refund I asked one of colleague to refund or exchange that product and one of colleague she was laughing continue without any reason very bad and disappointed and disrespectful colleague . I did not expect this from argoes she said she will not give me refund and she not even allow me to exchange the product which is unacceptable. In this case we can not do anything . This type of people they are showing they are doing good job but actually no . The worst thing was she was laughing like dump person .

The store manager - Samm, was great, so helpful and polite. I was sent to the store by very unhelpful customer service and the whole team came out of their way to solve the problem. I think you're being treated the way you treat other ppl, so respect retail employees and they will be nothing but happy to help you.

The worst customer service I?ve ever experienced! Angela and Sam were very rude, horrible attitude! Refused to refund the pushchair I purchased, wouldn?t even put it back in the box properly was causing more damage to product which would?ve meant I won?t be able to take it back elsewhere. When asked to do it properly chucked the box on the counter to us and said it?s not her job and left and was shouting while serving other customers. Seems like it?s a trend for this Argos to give the worst experience, another customer intervened and told us not to bother with the staff here for refund and exchanges as they are rude and won?t do it! Doesn?t even deserve the 1 star rating
