Very professional and very polite in terms of handling any sort of complaints. I would highly recommend you that If you go to Alpha Body Shop you must ask for Shane. First repair the back bumper was a different colour. When querying and refusing to take my car the manager swore numerous times and was very rude. Another member of staff called Shane spoke to me and said they would fix it. It's taken almost a month to fix. I must add though Shane was polite and friendly and very calm when talking. The manager on the other hand has made me never want to return to the place. Coming from someone who has been a manager for almost 10 years I've never met someone so unprofessional and unhelpful.Shane 5* - Manager 0*. Work when completed finally 4*.

Customer service was rude and unprofessional. They delayed my car repair for 8 weeks, giving me excuses about parts coming from Germany, which turned out to be untrue. They overcharged my insurance 7.6K and didn't even replace the damaged panel on my car, resulting in a huge gap that allows water inside. Their lack of transparency and respect for customers is deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise against using their services.
