Staff was good, coffea was good, not a single table was free, was full of people with laptops sitting there all day, the main pic is exactly how u gonna find it, not their fault tho rather the entitled customers.

Ordered luxury hot chocolate which should have been served with whipped cream. When I queried why there wasn't any on my hot chocolate I was told whipped cream wasn't a charged item and therefore it didn't make any difference if it wasn't included!!! Guess it must be assumed by Crystal Palace Nero staff that customers are brainless idiots!

Pleasant coffee shop. Easy to do work, lots of plugs etc. Food not the best, service what you'd expect from a coffee shop but nothing out of the ordinary ? the coffee slapped though, the syrups at this coffee shop are to die for. Shame other local bean masters don't take note.

As always it is a delight to come to this Coffee Shop, I feel like at home. The service is 10 ? but I just allowed to mark 5?. Today I had breakfast and it was exquisite Bacon and Cheese Omelette with toast. Thanks very much Chef.

Do not buy Too Good To Go bags from this store. I made multiple purchases from this store and it all got cancelled. To make matters worse, it's always last minute cancellations where you're either already on your way, or as you're walking through the door. And the biggest joke is that there are always plenty of food in the store but they will send you away saying that they've run out.

One of my favourite places to grab a hot chocolate. The staff are really friendly especially, Kafia who is simply lovely. She always greets with a huge smile ? and asks how's your day is going ??. The hot chocolate is always perfect ?. Two shot of mint and extra hot. It's blissful ?.
