Very good soft play ? absolutely perfect for my almost 3 year-old son. While not the biggest, this is a great facility for kiddos aged 2 - 5 years. There?s also a dedicated baby space perfect for babies 12-18M. I much prefer it to the soft play at Beckenham Spa (bigger but not designed for toddlers) and the Glades (becomes way too chaotic when busy). Another benefit is that the sessions are 2.5hrs rather than the standard 50 minutes. There are also reading nooks, toys, blocks, cars, bean bag chairs and so on - so it really is suitable for a range of ages and abilities. Plus, the fact that it?s so close to Sainsbury?s and the cafes on the Triangle make it great for a morning out. Toilet facilities include not only adult toilets but 4x junior toilets (low to the ground) for the smaller ones in potty training and beyond. Very happy to support Bernardo?s and we?ll be back again!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY AT Barnardo's Triangle
Disappointing Experience at Barnardo's Triangle.
I'm writing to warn others about the poor experience my family had at Barnardo's Triangle for a birthday party. Despite paying £297, we were expected to clean up after our party, including hoovering and brushing the floor. This was not only unexpected but also felt completely unreasonable.
To make matters worse, while we were cleaning, the ladies working there were doing nothing and simply stood by, expecting us to hoover the floor for them. It felt like we were being taken advantage of rather than being treated as paying guests.
The staff were inconsistent in their attitude, with one friendly blonde staff member and another who was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Considering the cost, we expected a more comprehensive and supportive service.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend Bernardo's Triangle for birthday parties. The experience was disappointing, and the additional cleaning responsibilities, especially while staff looked on without helping, were a significant letdown.

Greta place to go with my 10 month old and 3 year old. Not too big, but big enough with tables to bring your own food, kids charity shop in the back. Staff are really lovely too.

I love taking my grandson here. The facility (mostly used by under 5s in school term time) is very well organised, safe and clean, with lots for pre school children to do, whether they want active or more reflective play. It's interesting to note the choices my grandson makes, which are a different mix every week. Whilst I keep a close eye on him, he can also explore independently; the design of the space making it easy to observe your child from a distance. The grown ups are as happy and relaxed as the children, which makes the experience all the more pleasant. There's a great space for bring your own snacks too. Grown ups should bring a hot drink (preferably in a flask) to keep their energy levels up! Good second hand clothes and toys available too. And there's a well equipped outdoor playground area as well for when the sun shines.

Enquired about parties. I asked about the price and if its full amount at booking or if other payment options are available. Whoever I spoke to said its a full payment because its not that much, we are cheaper than other venues and dont want to chase people for payments.... i didnt even ask why its a full payment... its not your place to tell people what is and isnt within their price range. £300 is a lot of money, to a lot of people. That comment alone has put me off booking. Id rather pay more to someone who doesnt come across so ignorant. I only gave 2 stars as we were loyal customers for 6 years.

A oasis of happiness for families, great for a short run for the little ones or for booking a party.

The soft play is functional and can keep easy eye on kids. Shame the cafe is always closed but selection of second hand clothes is great.

I've always liked this softplay - it is a really lovely setting, not too crazy but a good size for younger kids to have a proper play. We recently had our son's 6th birthday party here and it was absolutely perfect, could not have had a better spot. Really good value, and the perfect space for 6 year olds to run around. The owners have really gone to some trouble to make everything effortless - door entry system so you don't have to worry about kids escaping, lovely kitchen to prepare, help always on hand, reusable cups and jugs and plates etc. for kids food and drink and even hot water and reusable mugs for adults to have hot drinks. Made our life so easy honestly. We prepared party bags and picnic boxes for the kids and then just let them go wild. Added a paper airplane station and some colouring just in case some of the kids wanted a break, but really they were perfectly happy running around for over an hour and then settling down to eat. Happy kids, happy parents! :)
