This store is literally ridiculous, the ques are massive but there are two people at the till. The Que of the changing rooms? Even worse. The staff could also really improve their attitude, I don?t like the fact that I?m standing right by the till and instead of the person behind the till attending to me they are laughing about something funny their colleague has said.

Some staff could really use a refresher on basic customer service. I visited the shop yesterday and politely asked if I could go straight into the fitting rooms, but got a blank response. I let that slide, thinking it might just be due to a strong accent. However, when I came out and asked where to leave the clothes I didn?t want to buy, the way she said ?no? came off as rude and condescending. It?s disappointing to be treated that way when you?re being polite.

Visited the men's section for the first time. Was impressed with the selection of men's clothing. Had to indulge. They have some pleasant smelling fragrances too. Will definitely go back.

The customer service is awful, I asked help to show me where a jeans I saw in the maniquine was hanged, I was replied to go to find someone else downstairs because she couldn't help me in that moment. When I been to try on my trousers, at the end I was asked from the assistant, who was continuing working with her laptop, without eye contact, to hang the trousers I didn't want to buy on the trails... ridiculous, I won't buy Zara anymore, there's no care for the customer service.
