We had a good initial period where the designer was very friendly and helpful, she did her best to cater our needs and visualise/design what we wanted. I am pleased with the design and the initial service received during the designing process. The staff in store are also very friendly, however, from when you put your order in and pay the deposit, things start to change. The after sales is definitely not great. You also find it hard to contact the designer/people you were initially in contact with, you are simply directed to customer services for a lot of simple queries, and it is generally longer to get support.One other negative is, I would never have thought we would receive the number of damaged cupboard/frontals as we did. So many were damaged, and whenever I called customer service to order a replacement the wrong item was sent which delayed works for our builders and meant we had to wait, and they had to keep coming back to fit the replacement pieces which cost us extra in labour. This was incredibly stressful as I was having to be available for the calls back and forward, receiving the incorrect item and paying extra.There was an empty space in the kitchen between two cupboards, when I called and asked if a panel/filler was missed out, customer service told me it was probably just the way it had been built, not something they forgot. The builder showed me the design, and everything was fit to measure. This isn?t something the designer would help with either, so you?re left to your own initiative and costs.Although I am happy with what my kitchen looks like now, I am not satisfied with the customer service and communication at all and honestly imagined everything to be much more smooth sailing than it was. If I was to do it again, not sure I would go to Wren for the reasons outlined above.

Really happy with our kitchen. From the design process to installation Wren did a brilliant job. Our designer made the process enjoyable and the fitter they provided was friendly and helped us with other jobs around the house. There were a couple of hiccups - some tower units were not flatpacked initially and wrong dishwasher plus matching door were delivered. Wren were very responsive and resolved the issues promptly. Avoid if you want a professional and high quality product and level of service.We were supposed to have fully built in wardrobes. As a result of poor quality measuring from the outset, the wardrobes are not built in as designed.To add to the poor measuring, the wardrobes now obstruct a live electrical socket which wren are refusing to fix.Initially Wren advised the electrical socket was not on the plans. When this was highlighted to them, they offered no apology for the mistake.A very small amount of discount has been offered which will not cover the cost of correcting the issue. They are now threatening to withdraw the minimal discount unless we accept in 48 hours.The level of service and quality of work has been terrible. Avoid at all costs.

We took time of work for a meeting. Turned up before the time. Meeting had been cancelled by Wren but they didn't contact us. Waste of time anyway as the place was being redeveloped with 70%+ of their display being removed/replaced so we couldn't make choices. So many staff standing around but none of them could see us. They weren't bothered.

We used Wren for our open plan Kitchen. Our designer Ash Khan was brilliant. He designed our kitchen how we liked it even before the building work done to make it open plan. So we could visualise it. We visited Ash 3 times before we finalised the design. He was very helpful in listening to what we had in mind , most importantly the budget and suggested a unit then showed us the design of it which we loved eventhough we made slight changes with the quality of appliances etc.Everything went smoothly from Wren; ordering to delivery to reordering couple of missing items. The delivery men brought items to the place we wanted it stored. All measurements were correct and installation went smoothly. Wren app is so useful to get all your details in one place and to reorder any missing items. We love our kitchen. ?? Thank-you

We were so happy with our initial kitchen design but there were a lot of issues since we received our kitchen and the customer services team, the management team have been very disrespectful and difficult to deal with and we are still trying to find the right person that can help to resolve the whole mess.Our designer Kim was really nice and we trusted she has a lot of experience and is doing her best in designing our dream kitchen.We agreed to have grooves added to the worktop which were missing from the design and were asked to pay extra on the day of templating the worktop.Additional worktop surface to go along inside the tall unit which we were told by the worktop designers that we can not have and we were overcharged.The tall tower units came with the wrong interior colour.The quality is not great either for the money we paid !We can not express our frustration in having to deal with this company which we previously trusted as we returned to them as existing customers but seems we have been treated very unprofessionally with lack of respect. Think twice before you spend your money going to Wren.

Wren so far have been great. Especially the back office. We placed the order last year and are doing a self build so honestly did not realise it would take this long. But there you go and finally my kitchen is due to be put in next month. Super excited.

We dealt with Ash from the moment we walked into Wren Croydon. I wouldn?t deal with anyone else. He was professional, knowledgeable and worked with us from design through to order and we will keep in touch through installation.We got quotes from all major kitchen suppliers and none of them gave us a service quite like Ash at Wren. He was straight down the line from the outset. If you need a new kitchen or bedroom, go in and ask for Ash. You won?t be disappointed!Service: Kitchen countertop installation

Don?t fall for their low prices or interest free offers or other offers - they?ll say anything (even if it?s entirely untrue) to try and sell you a kitchen. They sent their builders in to measure early on, and now that we?ve decided not to go with Wren, we sent our own builders in and they were way off with several measurements - obviously to try and trick us into thinking the kitchen design would work for us!Service: Kitchen design

We had a very positive experience with Wren.We were helped by a very well-spoken and knowledgeable designer (Anna M) who patiently guided through more than one iteration of our kitchen design. She made it a point to understand our goals and constraints before making design recommendations and was very responsive over email during the process. The showroom itself has a number of show kitchens and samples of their range which helped us narrow down on what we wanted. The measure service was quite efficient and accurate. The kitchen got delivered to promised timelines, again with all aspects communicated by Wren in a timely manner. While we got an independent kitchen fitter, Wren's templating and fit service for the worktop was very detailed and accurate as well. Now that the kitchen in place, it feels like a well-built high quality product to match the investment that went into getting it. We weren't sure of what to expect based on the mixed reviews we had read online, but decided to go ahead based on our interactions with Anna M, and are quite pleased with the Wren experience.

Good location and range of selection of Kitchens.Be careful of not forgetting to enter your car registration when you go in and maximum amount of time is 3 hours.One of the designer we got was not that knowledgeable.However the kitchens are very good.

Great experience. Our designer Gilda was attentive and knowledgeable and took us along on the design process to arrive at something we were really happy with. Their showroom is comprehensive to see what various thubgs would look like, and they are very family friendly with bean bags and activities for those otherwise restless children. I would highly recommend them.
