When employing new staff, make sure that they're aware of the closing time and not to close over 10 minutes earlier than the time that regulars are used to and what it states on Google!
Visited shop at just gone 21.50 on the 17th May 2025 to place 2 quick bets as wouldn't have time to on Sunday and staff had already closed the doors.
Having somebody at the desk who's unprofessional and lies about what time it is, saying it's 3 minutes til closing, will only lead to you losing business and your regulars betting elsewhere.
(Not impressed) and neither should managers be that employ staff to lose money for the business!
