such a bad service I just moved in today I live near my house and before that I went in to play tennis at 12:10 no one asked me if I had any papers or not. But the second time I came back at 12:54 pm there was a short haired black Western woman I don't remember her name but she was an employee but she had a cigarette in her mouth and her voice was scolding me asking if I had papers it was really rude and I had papers I brought them out she told me to go away. Meanwhile the first time I went in to play tennis they didn't ask me and I had never been in the club but stood in front of the gate smoking what a contemptuous act. Or is it because I'm not a brother? i will never go back to such a disrespectful act because i work and live here but this is the rudest case i have ever seen check the camera at that time and look at her actions and attitude talking to me outside the shop before entering the shop and entering the shop even more disrespectful without people like me who would pay that short haired black Western girl.

If I could go back before the Euro matches the William Hill (WH) name would still be held in high regards for me. Grew up in the Ladbroke/ WH era...Pools,spot the ball etc However, My view has since changed. A bunch of daylight robbers! Placed my 2nd ever bet with the assistance of the assistant at WH. Italy to win with extra time. Joyfully,we celebrated as to the end results of the match...£60 up!! Wrong!!! We were told we should have stated on the slip, penalities.... Kmt!

Staff (mainly the chubby chap) manipulates prices/stakes for their own good, they fake calls and say bets odds or stakes have changed, when I called customer services I was told that such measures are not william hill's standards and it shouldn't happen, they suggested a formal complaint. Do watch for tricky staff there and report them.
