Poor knowledge, rude and no intention to serve waiting customers. Urgent training required, a self service checkout would offer a higher level of customer service. Will be taking future business to Screwfix.

It?s a smaller store, so you won?t get the same selection as the larger stores. The garden / outdoors section doesn?t have as many options. But if it?s standard tools you?re looking, it should help.

I decided to go to this wicks last august to supply and fit my Ensuite, big mistake in my opinion I spent £8500 to supply and fit the Ensuite then another £1800 for specialist work yet it was the same person throughout then I was told it would take 10 days to install after I asked about it well that took 4 weeks then the shower still doesn?t work then when I went into wicks to complain I was told someone would be in touch the following week well that also never happened so as far as I?m concerned 1st and last time I?m using this company.

The absolute worst kitchen design service so far at Wallington (now closed) and Purley. I first had a design appointment with one of their team where the designer was so rude and dismissive and didn't even bother to produce a design in the end. The other designer basically put together a mediocre, lack lustre design, printed a few illustrations off and handed them to me as if I should be grateful he even bothered engaging in the process. I decided on one last try and the designer I met was at least polite and professional (hence the two stars). However on the day of my appointment, the other two were in store and I believe their Manager had alerted them to the fact that I had made a complaint. If evil looks could kill..absolutely pathetic and childish. I think Wickes should consider two things with this store - how many kitchens do they actually sell and how many 5 or even 4 star reviews do they receive. Wickes, this team is losing you money because I certainly will not be purchasing a kitchen from you because of their behaviour and the poor customer service.

The usual issue of stock not matching the website. Why offer 30mins collection when they don't contact you and then you're told about the out of stock items when you've waited nrly 2hrs!

A good Wickes. Well laid out. Parking is a bit challenging sometimes as Colonnades has lots of fast food and other businesses on site.

I usually drive to B&Q through the purley way traffic which is dreadful 9/10. I have been there a couple of times recently and the staff haven?t been helpful and don?t seem interested in customer service. If an item you want is there it?s there and if it isn?t you get a shrugged shoulder but they won?t show you where an item is and they don?t like answering questions and the customer service area is manned like it used to be. I wasn?t impressed on my last visit for this reason. A week later I was desperate for tiles so looked up my nearest shops and up popped ?Wickes? in the colonnades. It was much easier to get to and they had the mosaic tiles I needed. The guys who work there are so lovely and helpful I couldn?t believe it. They were polite and willing to take you to the product you asked fer. Between three of them they were trying to help everyone in there. They were a breath of fresh air. The guy who was dealing with me and my tiler asked the manager to do something on the til. He came over and was just as nice. No waiting. No stress and great customer service. This will be my ?go to? place now!!! Great staff here.

Not good customer service unfortunately no ones cares to answer any of their phone lines for 3 hours or more and not only this store 2 other as well. Short staff its not excuse in this situation.

This store is run by designers who purposely mislead you and talk you into buying the most expensive and far far too much worktop and then refuse to take them back when they are deemed inappropriate. When we talked to them about it they were rude and just laughed at us and said they didn?t care. Awful customer service?. Awful con artists don?t trust them. Your counter tops will not come made to measure instead you will be stuck with massive slabs of marble bigger than your kitchen itself! And be £6k down. Try magnet or wren or B&Q? definitely not wickes!

The worst service ever. Didn?t deliver our door, so wasted a day waiting. Then when finally they answered the phone, on transferring the call, they put the phone down. Avoid. Totally useless

It's a very convenient store, with parking near some kids play areas so you can drop the kids and spend some time shopping and can go for a little cheeky lunch or dinner after. They have plenty of stock in store and you can also do click and collect. Usually not very busy either and prices are sometimes cheaper compared to Selco and definitely cheaper than B&Q.

Disappointed is an understatement. I was meant to receive my delivery on the 9th of October. I had asked them to call me 30 minutes prior to the drop off time as I was not living at the delivery address. The driver called me as he arrived so therefor had to cancel the order. After not hearing from them for several days and them not knowing where my order was it was finally redelivered 12 days later. I had made many phone calls within this time to make sure the driver called me at least 30 minutes before the drop off. Low and behold the driver calls me 15 minutes before the drop off so I wasn?t available. I was offered two choices.. leave it at the curb or redeliver - Curb side it was. However, on their website they offer delivery to your front door. This is not true if it?s any mild inconvenience to them. Even after explaining I had a broken finger and was unable to carry any of the items to my front door, the delivery driver simply said ?sorry mate that?s not my problem?.I myself work in a customer service driven industry and it?s embarrassing to see such poor customer service from all of the staff involved that I dealt with. Nobody wanted to help or go out of their way to resolve the problem. You have now lost a customer and I will not be using Wickes again.
