I popped into Waterstones on a whim, just for a browse, and ended up having a fantastic experience thanks to Hannah. I had a few questions about different translations of the Bible, and Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. She took the time to explain the differences clearly and even offered thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for. It?s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and enthusiastic about their work. Her passion for books and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit a pleasure. Thank you, Hannah, for going above and beyond ? I?ll definitely be back!
Hannah is a real asset to the team, and her level of knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. In my opinion, she definitely deserves a raise for the way she goes the extra mile to help customers and create such a positive experience.

An oasis in the desert of drab and barely functional shops which is Croydon. This is a good sized bookshop across two floors with a really good children's section. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, curating a wide selection of books with something for everyone. Use it or lose it people!
