Nice cinema, have been twice in the last month.Clean with nice seats.Have not really had any interaction with staff so can?t comment on that.Only negative would be the staff entering the film a number of times looking around - not sure what that is about.

It's always a nice cinema to go to. Clean reasonably priced. Standard hotdogs and popcorn, ice blasts are a winner, though. And what's nice is that's its surrounding buildings are all restaurants and there is a ten pin bowling alley, with arcade games. Great for all ages.

I used to love coming here, been taking my daughter for years! Not sure if management recently changed but the experience has definitely gone downhill! I?ve personally decided I will not be returning! From the stupid forced kiosk order system for food and drinkMeaning you have to go down to the ground floor, 2 escalators down from the screens to place an order! I?ve also noticed a change in the level of customer service not to mention the attitude of the stupidly dressed manager himself! The staff even look miserable. Any way if I was you I?d save my money or go somewhere else.

Staff are very helpful and cordial. Screen 4 hall is specious, seats are very comfortable and can be converted into a more relaxed,almost lying down position. Surround sound system is also good. But the screen is not that good and a big area of the screen appeared yellowish which ruined the actual colour tone of the movie.

Nice comfy seats, pretty spacious. Staff and all friendly and helpful. Prices for films are not too bad, especially when using other sites (like cinema society etc) to save a little more. Miss out of the option to share a sofa with my daughter like we do at our local cinema but the recliners are nice. Good range of snacks on off but they are pretty expensive and the drinks area is not super cleanThe system for ordering snacks from the machines downstairs and collect upstairs seems to work pretty well.Lots of parking available

A very nice cinema experience.. the staff are friendly and the seats are amazing.. they recline, they have a swivel table, there is enough space in front of you for people to walk past without disturbing you or having their bum in your face!You have to buy the snacks downstairs and it's self serve but sometimes the machines can be quite temperamental so don't always work but the staff help.Overall, definitely recommend it.. tickets are much cheaper too .. can't believe I went to Cineworld all these years!

We had a lovely time at the cinema. Nice spacious surroundings with reclining seats. It had a real homely feeling about it. I enjoyed watching The Mermaid so much, I went back the following week to watch Barbie ?

Not a bad cinema situated in a retail park. There?s a bowling alley and McDonald?s right next door. Usual mumbles about the cost of tickets and popcorn but that?s no different to any other cinema these days. Place was clean. Reclining seats were nice.

All very clean facilities, not as many screens as other cinemas however. The touch screens at the entrance on the ground floor allows you to order tickets and food on the day, which is convenient and quicker than waiting in a queue. Recliner seats are comfortable and the cinema, since having refurbishment is up to good standards. There are new seating areas and new toilets. Staff are friendly and chill, we had no issues when i explained i didn?t have the confirmation email because of a fault in the booking process online, it was sorted swiftly.

What a ridiculous new concept. Order your food from a bunch of screens by the entrance which people normally pass by. Go upstairs and your toldTo go back downstairs to order your food. The entrance hall is small with loads of people trying to figure out how to use the system. Once you?ve figured this all out you go upstairs to just be given a cup and serve yourself from the vending machines. Forget about the astronomical prices. It?s just a nonsensical idea. Never going back to this ridiculous cinema. Why is the touch screens crammed downstairs with loads of empty space upstairs. The ice blast machine is just messy with no tissues. The whole thing hasn?t been thought through.

Interior has been renovated. I don't think there's no longer VIP seats as it seems as though every seat now comes with side table and made out of leather.There's now a small bar and an adequate amount of seating in the foyer area.On the lower floor they have small interactive kiosks where you can order tickets and if I overheard correctly food too.I'm aware that it's was a weekday and not very busy but to have only one person behind a till is not that great. 2 minimum to avoid customers having unnecessary waits, take pressure off the staff, & cut down waiting time. Every body knows when a family is making an order, they're going to take some time.

Had a great experience today whilst watching Transformers. The member of Staff on the entrance door was lovely. So friendly and helpful. As usual everything is overpriced but taking into consideration there were only 4 people in the whole cinema screen it was worth it. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly too. Really enjoyed the experience and always come here when wanting to watch a big screen movie.

The places nice. The seats are very nice compared to others cinemas. The only problem I have is with the food they will try to get you by more food even if you don't need it because it's all electronic. You can't go to anyone else so whatever the options are available on the screen people are only going to use that. On the other hand, there are other ways to get only what you need and you might have to go and ask the person which many people don't do that. But other than that the seats are very nice. The screen is not big enough but the cinema is very big and it's very comfortable if you need to watch it on big screens. Might have to check other cinemas but other than that It is a good four star cinema

Absolutely love the recliner seats in this venue! The staff were excellent ?, the food was great ?, and the film (Fast X) was amazing! ????? ~ 10/10 would recommend! ?

Although it looks nice from inside very disappointed. Only can order popcorn, food and drink from the touch screen down stairs and can not go to the counter. These screens get touched by many 100's of people and nothing there that shows they are cleaned or can be cleaned. This is how COVID will spread more. I do not want to touch the screens. So after you buy your tickets online or touch screen service there is no customer service to be had from anyone. I could not tell a manager this person gave me good service or thank them for an issue i may off had because there's no service. While in your cinema your chairs are broken yet you still let people sit there. ( Picture provided) I can say I doubt I be back any time soon to this cinema or one in grants Croydon. they are both terrible
