Mrs Hayley delivered an absolute 5 star service. At the brink of frustration and desperation to be seen and get support after waiting for over 40 minutes. Hayley approached us today and was so kind, welcoming and bubbly, and offered to help in her trainers. The branch was about to close and she was able to be done for the day hence changed into her trainers. But instead of turning us away, and saying we needed to come back tomorrow - she turned this into a little joke which really lightened the mood and offered to support us. She demonstrated clear professionalism, charisma, intelligence and multi-tasking skills. She quickly, yet efficiency got to work and understood our issue and resolved it in great speed, as soon as we sat down she knew the number of the fraud department from memory. She is a class act, a true delight within the branch, and a clear lover and passionate individual who loves her job. She went the extra mile like none other, she ensured the matter was dealt with. She shown genuine care, a true example member of staff. I am absolutely impressed, and will treasure the interaction. I informed her how impressed I was and I hope she knows what a difference she made, not by doing her just her job, but doing it well and doing it with such ease and class. Much appreciated.

Well, a lady has no understanding in customer's concern when it come due deaf communication and have kind ask if could write down to made Me understand but she didn't carry on talk without write downon that day Monday I wasn't happy with thier oh well...

On the 3rd of may I experienced discrimination by a TSB worker called Sharron.I am a new customer and I came into branch to withdraw money for my rent and food shopping. As my PIN number never arrived I had 2 forms of ID and my banking card on hand.She then said I can only get £300 as I don?t have my PIN number and then when I requested to get more money she starting asking me weird questions and starting doubting where my money had come from which I explained to Sharon where I got the money.I was wearing a tracksuit and I came with my friend and we was both wearing tracksuits. Then she mentions that she has to double check with the manager as she has to do a fraud check on the payment and she was speaking with a rude tone and I felt that she was targeting me.I have witnessed Sharon serve other customers weigh respect but I?m not sure why she felt the need to talk to me in a rude manner.I felt distressed, upset and discriminated by Sharon and she has caused me so much inconvenience and hassle for no reason. I wish to escalate this further.ThanksAli

TSB is preventing customers from spending their own money on cryptocurrencys now. This is a very bad and greedy practice to tell customers what they should and shouldn?t spend money on which they?ve worked for.

I would not recommend this branch very poor customer services. Its same they work with there own system as different than other branches and staff very rude .

I've had a horrible experience with TSB. Customer services misinformed me by phone and told me a branch could help with my issue. The branch weren't able to help even after calling HO for advice and I've lost 2.5 hours and £6.50 in travel costs.They have been consistently awful over the last year's I've been with them.DO NOT use this bank, save yourself the misery of their incompetence.

Nicole was very helpful and keen on dealing with my request, which took quiet a bit of her time. Generally staff seemed very welcoming.
